Just in the past 30 minutes the price to redeem on Battle.net is 1150 TWD. You can now buy a full version for $42.

It has a huge verification process which you need to make AFTER paying with paypal before you can get what you ordered. Asking for your name, verifying phone number and the biggest joke of them all Thank you for shopping at OffGamers for all your gaming needs. For verification purposes, we require for you to upload your scanned images here. 1. Purchase authorization form. (below) 2. Valid photo identification (which has not expired) revealing your name and address that matches the billing address of your PayPal information. 3. Utility bill that matches your billing information. These additional payment information are needed for us to proceed with the order. Please kindly print this form, complete, and sign it. Your order will be processed as soon as we receive the forms. PayPal E-mail: _______________________________________ 2. Name as appeared on PayPal: _________________________________ 3. Billing Address as registered with PayPal: _____________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________ _____________________________________________________ 4. I write to confirm that I recognize: PayPal transaction ID # 9W161697WA5746231 for 39.61AUD dated 2011-07-14 payable to OffGamers Limited. I authorize this payment to be debited from my card account or PayPal account. I played my first 5 placement matches on TW last night, placed in Diamond Speedtest.net ping to seoul test locale says im at around 299 (im based in Ireland at the moment) TW server is located in KR as well i believe. Its not the best, but it was playable enough for me to not lose a placement (vs two plats)

Naw man, he's definitely talking about 7/11 in Taiwan since he said he paid in NTD (new taiwanese dollars). Convenient stores in Asian countries often function as super-marts and sell extra stuff not found in western stores, such as video games. You could walk into a Japanese convenient store and pick up Final Fantasy 13 back when it launched, for example.

Just bought the 1150 battle.net card from offgamers and it directly deposited 1150 into my Taiwan Bnet account. Worked like a charm through paypal. I used a moneypak from US krogers which can directly add the money into your paypal account balance. PM me if you need any help doing it this way.... I didn't have much luck the other ways.

Same method worked for me except I just used my regular US bnet account and changed the region to Taiwan to make the purchase. As for connection speed, I live in California and I couldn't feel any lag at all.

Same here in Victoria. If you guys remember using chaos, it has about the same latency as #L5, imo.
