Is there a way to ping the servers. I had some success with tracert ( in cmd ) but I don't think that it's accurate enough when you don't know which of the IPs is the servers' ones.
Any help would be needed Pingtest.net and ping their server in Seoul, Korea. It's not exactly Battle.net but everyone seems to believe that to be a good enough solution.
Whats an acceptable ping speed to be able to play in decent conditions on the KR server?

Well, I asked how to ping the bnet servers directly because with pingtest I have 444ms to Seoul and I think that's a little too much :D

I used speedtest.net, and get 199ms ping to KR and it plays with almost no detectable lag.

I used the website and it worked, delivery came in 10 minutes, its 1150 points which is enough to buy the unlimited time TW version which is about $41 in Canada, when you are inputting the credit you have to use recharge account on the TW battle.net where it shows 0 point or whatever.

I can't handle the chinese writing t.t No you need the Taiwan client to play with a Taiwan account. You could however get the Korean client and use relocalizer, though MPQ editing could potentially get you banned.

Which button skips the practice league?
|
Doesn't matter iamke, if you pick wrong, there is a little button that lets you exit the practice league near your "rank".

It isn't WOW stuff and it isn't a serial you can reclaim - use the code to "recharge the account balance" and using the account balance, buy the game from battlenet.
