USA- 1-800-592-5499 (Australia/New Zealand Players): 1-800-041-378 rank 1 GM north america right now is hacked, and I know the gm players are also very pissed about this as I've seen losses from this guy vs half of them in 30 seconds a game,,,

Apart from the effort to store and redestribute everything, it simply does not work that way. Over the months betwenn banwaves you will start to accumulate a large amounts of games against cheaters. But nonetheless your MMR and Rating will stabilize at a point that is sensible because a larger amount of your games will be against noncheaters. And with your database idea, when the banwave happens you suddenly get an amount of MMR and Rating that is not dependend on skill or anything else, but only on the amount of games you lost against cheaters, which is directly proportional to the total amount of games played. So while a guy with 200 games in those months and a guy with 2000 games of equal skill in those months would normally stabilize at the same rating, suddenly the guy with 2000 rating gets a large boost as soon as a banwave happens.

It's not about fun, it's about selfish idiots who think they're cool for getting lots of wins and points, while having no actual skill whatsoever.

So, you managed to win 1 game and this gives you the right to call your opponent terrible... and to compound it all, you made the mistake of looking at the wrong match history...

HERE REPLAY - check it by yourself Wow that is really strange. I watched this replay a couple of times, once with ultra graphics and once with low. Watching with Ultra, the framerate started chugging after a few seconds and gradually worsened, until it got really severe and reached 10 fps at 3 minutes and 0-1 fps at around 4 minutes. When I watched with Low I was trying to find a workaround to the framerate drop by having less demanding graphics settings and focusing mostly on completely shrouded areas of the map that have less particle effects. It helped at first, increasing framerate by 10 to 20 early on, and it even helped at the 3 minute mark where I was getting around double my previous fps, but it still reached 0-1 fps at that 4 minute mark.

That is just insane thanks for the interesting info, I can't believe that this is even still going on, how long can this possibly take to fix?

It may well already be fixed. Big companies have really extensive QA requirements though, so even the simplest patches take a fair amount of time to come out.
