Today, It's Gosu is very pleased to announce the acquisition of All4ONE Gaming. The acquisition marks the eSports media company's first foray into the competitive side of eSports, and will serve as the launching point for a Starcraft 2 team and a League of Legends team, both of which will be initially sponsored by SteelSeries and MAXXintegration, and fighting under the banner of It's Gosu eSports (GoSu).
The entire ALL4ONE Starcraft 2 team will be making the jump to It's Gosu eSports, and will include Brandon “FireFlash” Ferris and Scott “Rumcake” Ball serving in key managerial positions.
The first major competitive event in which the It's Gosu eSports team will compete will be MLG Anaheim, where ten players will be in attendance alongside of former All4ONE management, which will be making the full jump to It's Gosu, as well.
Aside from continuing to serve as the Starcraft 2 team's manager, Ball will also be serving as manager for all future teams assembled under the It's Gosu name, including the newly acquired League of Legends team.
Concerning the acquisition, Ball said:
“As the owner and team manager for All4ONE gaming, it's my distinct pleasure to announce this merging of All4ONE with It's Gosu. We will now constitute the official It's Gosu Starcraft 2 team, and will be playing under the name It's Gosu eSports (GoSu). I couldn't be more proud of what this means for our team, as it ensures that our players will have the funding and equipment for which they've worked so hard, and which they deserve. Our new team will be composed of all previous All4ONE players and management staff, and we will be proud to represent It's Gosu to the tune of 10 players which will be present at MLG Anaheim.
“Our players are extremely excited to know that we now have the funding, equipment, and support they've worked so hard to gain, and they're extremely pleased with how our organization will be run. We are all being welcomed into the It's Gosu family with open arms, and are excited to be working with such a dedicated group of people. The players are also thrilled to know that the managerial staff of our team will no longer be responsible for expenses, and that such matters will now be handled by the sponsors involved with It's Gosu.
“Aside from what this means for our team, this is a huge step for me personally, as well. I will be the team manager for all It's Gosu eSports teams, which will, as of this announcement, include our SC2 team, as well as our League of Legends team. The opportunity to oversee professional teams on multiple platforms is one I've desired for quite some time, and this acquisition will make that dream a reality.
While nearly all aspects of All4ONE will be making the jump to It's Gosu, we have decided due to community feedback that Blight Gaming is not an organization we wish to bring into the Starcraft 2 community, and they will therefore not be making the transition with us. While the Blight organization was reasonably reliable concerning MLG Columbus, we feel that this opportunity is much more beneficial and healthy not just for us, but for the Starcraft 2 community as a whole.”

It's Gosu, a relatively new name in the Starcraft 2 community, considers this to be a major step forward concerning our future success, and feels that this acquisition marks a major turning point for both organizations.
“To say that we're simply 'excited' wouldn't do justice to how amazing we consider this opportunity to break into competitive eSports to be. We're ecstatic,” the executive team of It's Gosu said. “When we first started our operation, we were just a tight knit group of friends who wanted to participate in this amazing community, and pour our passion for gaming back into this community as much as we could. It's hard to believe that, in such a short time, we've reached the point where we're now working closely sponsors like Steel Series, and will now be sending 10 players to Anaheim to compete under our name on the biggest stage imaginable. Truly, we owe all of our thanks to the amazing players, viewers, and fans across all of the largest community hubs, from Team Liquid to Reddit, and all points in between. This is all happening because of their support.
“In acquiring All4ONE, we know beyond any shadow of a doubt that we've managed to add some of the most skilled and professional players in North America to our gaming family, and knowing that we're going to have veteran, respected managers like Scott Ball and Brandon Ferris helping to steer the future of our teams gives us immense confidence and optimism as we move forward and attempt to expand our reach and influence in the burgeoning international eSports industry.”
