I think it's more so they have (at least) two sets of casters so they can have a shift pattern in place to prevent peoples voices dying mid tournament. Also to cover for sick leave / vacation.

This is wrong, he doesn't do any WoW content any more (aside from a weekly podcast ranting about how badly Blizzard is ruining it, uber hilarious fyi), but yeah you get the gist of it, his career is his YouTube content, and he puts out a lot of videos that takes a lot of time. Just clarifying somewhat, offtopic though. Now I feel like a twat.

Day, Wheat, TB (not that I could stand 4h straight of TB every day, but still), CatsPajamas, JP all are busy/full-time already? Who else?

I like TotalBiscuit, he has an awesome voice and he is funny. But bringing him to GSL would be a mistake as his game uderstanding is not sufficient.

You cannot think of any half decent caster who's already known because they all have jobs already and there's no incentive to go to Korea. Take myself for instance, I could cast on the side but I already really like the job I have and in reality there is no time for me to be relocating to Seoul for an audition. There really is no point. ;/
