The time spent playing the game is what has happened. Between Moon, Lyn, Grubby and Naniwa, Naniwa has most likely played a lot more considering moon and lyn are still practicing wc3 afaik and Grubby switched almost a year later than the players that started in beta. It's nothing wierd going on here.

Don't think Lyn and Moon play WC3 anymore but correct me if I'm wrong.

But yeah, considering they all started really late, I think they have a lot of potential. Grubby's results disappointing so far, but Lyn was in Code S which isn't bad, and Moon has been doing pretty well in NASL. Problem is that being on FOX for the two of them and Grubby being on his own team, you lose a lot of the advantage in having strong teammates.

I think Grubby would do better as Terran. I think his multitasking/micro skills would translate more to drop play and the like than the protoss playstyle.

Either way, give him some more time and he'll be pwning faces left and right.

I remember that i was very impressed by Grubby's play while watching his stream.
I think he has the right potential to succeed.
I was disappointed at his NASL results but now he can only have improved results.
If he qualifies...
