Big props to FXO for making the effort though. I'm especially looking forward to QXC in Korea, I always felt that Moonglade was over-rated. I just hope Korea doesn't judge the foreign community by FXO's performance. While they've got some good players and strong financial backing, I think they're one of the weaker foreign teams (compared to Liquid, Dignitas, EG, Sixjax, Root, Mouz, etc) | ||

For Protoss, they have MC, Hero, and Inca, and for terran they have TOP, Supernova and Nada, so it's hard for jinro or huk to get played. I'd say HuK has a shot, he's kind of like mini-mc, in that he's OK at all mus, but Jinro is a macro terran just like Top and nada, and he's in a slump so he just probs wouldn't be played. Why does everyone believe hes in a slump? he had quite the ez run to code s, beating shitty players like drug, choya, polt, moon... He beat MC, but MC loses to players like Polt in pvt so... he also was able to beat idra because of terrible maps like Jungle Basin.. and close postition shakuras.. Guess why blizzard removed/changed those maps? Jinro got completely rolled by July in gsl world, got owned by whitera in dreamhack, lost in up down... lost to morrow in tsl.. he lost to nestea in gsl thats understandable.. but he lost to Hongun, an opponent who is very very beatable.. his "slump" completely outweighs his achievements.... Lets hope he at least stays in code a not drop | ||

From what I could gather they were not allowed to play in GSTL because Liquid was their own team trying to eventually qualify, but with only 2 players in Korea they decided to bite the bullet and play for oGs-TL | ||

Winner's League rewards raw ability on a variety of matchups and maps where normal ProLeague format rewards preparation for specific mu/builds/maps, rewarding snipers. | ||

Using build orders already solved and trashed, Jinro basically holed himself up in a build and watched the metagame pass him by. We'll see if he's changed in the super tournament. | ||

On the other side, Huk is probably better in PvZ and less reliant on all-ins in PvT, so he has a good shot of playing if he wants to. | ||
