![]() So FXO should be able to use mercenaries as well right? So if Naniwa, SaSe, Thorzain etc show up and don't already have a bond with a Korean team they could play for FXO in the team leagues right? Great innitiative hope you do well and have a pleasant experience.

Sheth is 5-2 in comparison. Don't get me wrong, I love QXC, but Sheth is far more consistent at the moment.

dNaniwa dSelect dSjow mHasuObs mMorrow mThorzain FXOSheth or something like that.... there's just no way FXO does anything, the only person I could see taking any games off anyone is Sheth, and I honestly think FXO will finish 0 - 10 unfortunately. I think this will actually hurt the korean - foreign exchange scene, as if FXO has a bad show, Gom will probably be less likely to just seed in foreign teams into the GSTL in the future.

Going to be a pretty crazy adventure, and I'm sure none of us would want to go without support! Hopefully you guys will be cheering for us at least a little! We know we'll probably lose, but still we want to keep up with the Koreans... hopefully you can't blame us! ![]() Don't worry, we'll definitely be cheering for you guys :-) So excited that you're all doing this together. Learn a lot, train your asses off, have a great time, and keep your heads up -- you guys are doing something awesome! Best of luck.

This strikes me as an excellent training opportunity more then anything else. I chance to be in Korea, live as a team, see other pro teams training styles, see the work ethic they put into. All kinds of benefits that you have to go there and see to truly understand. Much better then being dumped into a team house and going, well there you go figure it out. =) Go FXO!

I know I'll sound hypocritical when I say this since I am big on the whole "take a leap and move to korea", but that's when you actually have results backing you up. The only way I could ever see this work is if foreign teams joined up and sent their best players, in a style like dNaniwa dSelect dSjow mHasuObs mMorrow mThorzain FXOSheth or something like that.... there's just no way FXO does anything, the only person I could see taking any games off anyone is Sheth, and I honestly think FXO will finish 0 - 10 unfortunately. You're missing the point. This isn't about fielding a foreigner all-star team to go and challenge the top Koreans. This is about one team, with its own finances, making its own decision to go and compete in the GSTL to improve their play. I don't see how them losing would turn away GomTV, either. Gom has been really active with opening things up to foreigner participation. The house is already provided and hasn't been used to its full capacity. Apart from that, FXO is paying for everything themselves, and Gom stands to attract a lot of viewers by having a foreign team playing.

It's funny how Koreans' reactions are 10 times more positive than those from here in TL.
