this really awesome news for players and especially the fans. going to make gsl/mlg that much better now that there is a diverse playing field. can't wait to see how they perform and how non kr do in the gsl as well.

I'm actually a bit disappointed that they'll be inserted into group play. To me they should have had to fight through the open stages, seeing as now if they win 3 or so series that means they're top 12 and it further saturates the thought that Koreans absolutely shit on foreigners. If they went through open stages like everyone else I'm sure we'd only see 2-3 of them qualify through and then go through what everyone else has to from that point.

dunno if they would go through the trouble of hiring a translator but there will probably be at least one korean speaker in attendance who may be able to provide translations.
