Q: Do you have a tip for SC2 newcomers how to improve their gaming skills the best way? A: You have to train a lot, and you should not try to be creative. You can start experimenting only once you have the normal stuff down - the basics and the mechanics. Else you will always be handicapped. damn, he is right !! trying to be creative when you don't have everything set up is suicide going for some build you saw some1 do makes you achieve a lot less than going for your normal build this applies to everyone below masters

Or something else completely unrelated? he tried to chat her up

She thought she would go farther in the tournament and was shocked that she lost to a foreigner. EDIT: I looked it up: + Show Spoiler + http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=108832 Any moment in your progaming career that you enjoyed and that you regretted or wanna take back? - I enjoyed beating male progamers at prelims. ^^ A regretful moment was when I lost to non-Korean players at ESWC. I felt good after beating Chinese players, but after losing to (T)IdrA, I cried a lot (though I don't usually cry; maybe the national pride got me.). It felt horrible.

You aren't an IdrA fan are you? IdrA is the best thing that can happen to SC2 scene by far.His play and the character he is are great, people talk/flame/hate/love him. He is a great player and yes he can blame balance as he plays Zerg. It's quite funny that on this site balance talk is almost taboo... I still remember MC saying during GSL before one of his matches "i'm not worried my opponent is zerg" with a smile on his face. Anyway fun interview as always with IdrA, he's so mean making a girl cry.

Weird that he would blame Artosis now but i suppose nothing is IdrA's fault :s Thanks for posting interview anyway Yeah, it's not like him and Artosis are friends and there's no jest in that statement... Good interview, some humorous answers. God damn that Tossgirl crying thing is still pretty funny. Gotta love IdrA's sense of humor.

Because it was MLG 2011 where a lot of really strong europeans decided to play and Idra had a good solid run and again he did it "with Zerg". I think hes referring more to the fact that he has a hard time with Zerg and that making it to top 8 of a grueling 3 day competition is more than getting top 8 in a Korean competition where you have time in between series to prepare.

This was still in the times of Broodwar; I don't think it can be topped in any way that I made Tossgirl cry at the ESWC. Maybe i'm misinterpreting how he meant that to sound, but that just seems a touch sad.

But I think my biggest accomplishment was to finish in the top 8 of MLG Dallas 2011 with Zerg. I see what you did there Greg/
