You guys are doing a great job, and I really enjoy the NASL when I can catch it live, but the vod streaming situation really makes it difficult to watch them (massive streaming time, large bandwidth requirement). I understand that these issues take time to resolve, but would just like to underline how important an problem this is. As much as I want to support you guys, not being able to use the thing I pay for is a little irksome. +1, or +10 depending on what the count is up to now! Someone made the point that it may be only non US viewers are experiencing this, which could explain why there are fewer complaints about it than you might expect? Either that or everyone stateside is watching live where it's not a problem.

I am from Germany and watch both the NA live stream as well as EU rebroadcast depending on my schedule. Unfortunately I experience lags, stream dying as well as a poor framerate (in that case audio is fine). I really appreciate you providing us with a rebroadcast at a reasonable CET time. But as it currently stands. Do note that I can watch other US streams on 720p or even 1080p fine.

iNc and Gretorp are getting much better though. I would love a little more in depth analysis. I've seen both iNc and Gretorp lay down some knowledge in other shows, (like SotG). It would be nice to see that in NASL a little more. Sometimes I feel like there both doing the color commentary. Yea there is a lag issue with NASL at high frame rates. It's not too bad though. Also I wish the VOD's were better organized and without spoiler pages. (Could have a 'display result' tap that is hidden.) It should be noted that GSL essentially did three trial seasons, and then still had to change their format after the fourth season. Overall NASL is doing well for a first season.

My internet is fine and so is my computer, it's a recent thing. Is this a known problem? Are you working on a fix? Thanks in advance

Thanks in advance It seems justintv lags affect most northern europe (france not included, germany included) Anyay, a tip for NASL : show the league standings before and after the matchday, showing who ups and who downs, like a sport league ![]()

Edit: It seems all justin.tv streams are down right now, so it's most likely a justin.tv issue(desrow and idra who are both streaming via justin.tv right now are both inaccessible).

- I said I wasn't going to say that and I said that - I'm so stupid - I said that wouldn't happen and it happened I like the laid-back approach and the friendliness between Inc and Gretorp, but I think you can continue casting like that AND make some small adjustments to keep the magic going, so to speak.

You can do better ! ![]() This has been a problem for the last 2-3 weeks. Its quite annoying (almost a month) and no improvement. My guess is the cutoff is due to encoding settings, and the balance is due to an improper setup (in regards to the audio monitors used perhaps). The only other thing I would point is the lack of Play-By-Play of exciting moments. there have been plenty of times when the duo (what ever one thats commentating) isn't talking about something thats happening on screen. (such as banelings blowing up a ton of lings). They might mention it, but they don't do any build up, and aren't enthusiastic about those moments.

Everyone seems to insist the lag is on my end, but I just did a few internet speed tests and am averaging between 10 and 12 mbps down, which should be more than sufficient for the stream at its best quality, no? And my computer is nothing amazing, but I can run SC2 maxed out with ease, so I somehow doubt my hardware specs are the problem. I also stream Netflix in 720p with virtually no buffering on a regular basis I'm really at a loss here. I'll try any suggestions anyone has, because I really would like to be able to watch this live, especially now that it's so consistently awesome. For what it's worth, I've always seemed to have these slideshow lag issues with Justin.tv,

As I said before, I can't seamlessly watch a 1080p video, and my laptop which is fairly recent, and fairly highly specced maxes out at 766, so the extra 300 odd pixels are doing NOTHING but wasting my time and bandwidth. When I posted the complaint a week or two ago I did get a PM from someone at NASL ensuring me that my complaint would be read by people high up... Looking for an outcome please!

The only other problem I've had is every once in a while (as in MAYBE once a day), the video will freeze while the audio keeps going. Usually this happens when they cut to the logo screen, as in the logo screen just gets stuck. Refreshing the page fixes it, but yeah. Very minor problem, but just thought you'd guys like some feedback on it. Keep it up!
