Not only is this STILL an issue 2 years later, but terran doesn't even suffer from this when burrowing widow mines. Why? It's ridiculous. Someone needs to post this on NA bnet forums and get Blizzard to change this once and for all.
With global play you can post on any of the forums. Just log in US server in SC (select region) It will ask you to choose a character name. And then you can go to the US forums an log in with your email and password and the new character will appear.
