NOTE: People seem to underestimate my laziness. No, I'm not willing to swap between a full Korean keyboard layout and my default layout every single time I want to ㅈㅈ. This is for those who are equally lazy. Under no circumstances do I state that this is necessary. Also, setting a Korean keyboard as your alternative will replace the default functions of á é í ó ú, which are much more commonly used than Korean letters, other than ㅈ, of course. People use their secondary keyboard language. Not everyone is free to change it to Korean. Also, any negative feedback will be added to my /care? collection.
So after watching countless numbers of GSL streams and seeing the ㅈㅈ at the end of the game, I've often thought it'd be amusing to do it myself while laddering. Moreso team games for some lulz, but I still plan on doing it in the solo ladder to let out the inner Korean in me. Obviously I wasn't interested in copying it to my clipboard every time I'm playing SC and pasting it after a loss, or some BM offensive ㅈㅈing, so I started doing some research.
After about half an hour of messing around with a few programs, I finally got one to work. Note that this isn't as simple as adding ㅈ to your current keyboard layout. In order to do this, you'll need to install the brand new keyboard language I made last night. I made it by using the British keyboard layout template and adding ㅈ to CTRL + G. What has the UK keyboard layout got that the US doesn't? I haven't got a clue. I can make a US version if people want, but I don't see any reason for this to not work.
Also keep in mind that under no circumstances is this going to permanently overwrite your current keyboard layout. You can simply swap between this and your current one whenever you want, but again, I'm confident this has everything your current keyboard should have for a majority of you. If you do have a foreign keyboard, PM me the full name of the layout and I'll try find it to add ㅈ to that one also.
Installation
No, this doesn't work on macs.
Download UK version Download German qwertz version Download US version
After you've downloaded, extract to wherever. Run the 'setup' file and after it's installed, there should be a keyboard icon on the bottom right of your taskbar. Click it and select 'TelikosGG' and it should now work by holding Control and pressing G.
If the keyboard isn't there, navigate to your 'Region and Language' in control panel.
Go to 'Keyboards and Languages' tab and press Change Keyboards. Scroll to 'English (United Kingdom) - TelikosGG' then there should be 2 or 3 different selections in the box below. Highlight anything that isn't TelikosGG and click remove. It should now work.
To put it back to normal, change it back from 'English (United Kingdom) - TelikosGG' to whatever it was before, or click the keyboard icon on the bottom right and revert your selection.
ㅈㅈ
EDIT: Also keep in mind, this isn't like installing brand new software or anything to your computer. It's just adding one extra to the already hundreds of various language options are in your computer. This isn't going to take up any RAM or slow down your computer etc.
Added carefully laid out and detailed graph for intense explanation.

just copy "ㅈㅈ" and ctrl+v ingame... u dont need to install anything

Isn't Korean also one of the language settings that comes with Windows?
|
Why don't you just set Korean as an alternate keyboard in your control panel language options? Then you just press alt + ctrl (or was it alt+shift) and you're in Korean mode.

Doesn't work here, when I set it like that, it only switch from azerty to qwerty :s

The default korean keyboard layout lets you type english, then you hit alt-gr (the right alt key) and are able to type in 한글. There's not really much reason to install any special programs to do it.

ww doesn't mean well won - it's a common misconception. see this thread here for an explanation of why koreans type ww:
http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=163692
basically, ww is what comes out when you mean to type ㅈㅈ but forget to switch the layout from korean to english, because they share the same key.

You mean download the entire thing again? Because simply restarting SC did aboslutely nothing. The strange thing is if I type the characters outside of the game and then just copy-paste them to the gamechat it works fine, but if I try to type them ingame after switching the layout exactly nothing happens.

Heh... You really don't have to do anything special to enable the Korean character set. You right-click on the EN (or whatever language you have) in the bottom right corner then go to settings. Add -> Korean -> Microsoft IME. Then you go and make it the default language. Now, when you type on anything it will still be the English alphabet but you can hit the right alt button and it toggles between that and hangul. Hit right alt, ww, profit? ㅈㅈ.

very nice! can you implement some futher symbols?

If you want to be technically correct you would want to type 지지 which pronounced in hangul is effectively gg (che che) in a more wholesome sense. The letter 지읒 which is ㅈ can be found in place of w which is why you see alot of progamers when they type ㅈㅈ it comes out as ww. The vowel ㅣ pronounce (ee) can be found on the l key. The korean layout is basically consonants on the left side and vowels on the right side of the keyboard divided at tgv/yhb keys.
Edit: Idk, if all you want to do is that it is sure hell of alot easier than making your own layout. Hell, you could learn hangul in about a day if you wanted to.

Its not a good thing, http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Weaboo also, I would not base Starcraft as the basis of Korean culture, it is kinda like weaboos basing Japanese culture off of their anime. While such things are involved and are factors in both countries, there is much much more to those cultures and lifestyles than Starcraft/anime. For example, I am friends with two girls in my school who are both native korean and both of them think starcraft is stupid, yet acknowledge that it is a big deal in their country. Its bad to generalize.

Being Korean, I have both the English alphabet and Korean alphabet on my keyboard Switching between languages is easy
Go to your PC settings and make sure you have the Korean alphabet installed (everyone can do it) and to change the language, hit the "Alt" key on the right side, or "Shift" + "Alt" on the right side to change languages (depends on what Program you're using). For SCII, it's Shift + Alt I think

I play both Korean and American servers and I'm unsure how you switch to Korean mode, but I'd imagine you're using the system tray on the bottom right of your start menu to do it.
First install the Asian keyboard layout, which is nearly identical to the OP but you're installing it within windows, not a 3rd party vendor.
All you have to do is press the right Alt button, and the keyboard will be in Hangul mode. In which case you can start typing in Hangul. Press right Alt again to enter english mode.
You can buy stickers from Amazon for about 3 dollars which you can stick on your keyboard to know which buttons are what in Hangul.

This is, without a doubt, one of the most pointless wastes of time I have ever seen.

Isnt this a bit excessive?

Not entirely sure if this is the right place for this, but I didn't feel like it warranted it's own topic:
I notice that a korean "GG" typically is"ㅈㅈ" while I thought those symbols translated to JJ? I have nearly zero experience with the korean language, so I was just wondering if anyone could point out why this is.

Why would anyone want to do this? Not even the ESPORTS gosus of the day (except maybe HuK) bother with gging in a weird way.

Thanks for making!

A full Korean gg is actually 지지, pronounced gee gee. ㅈㅈ is the lazy way I guess. If you say "j j" quickly the vowel sound is vague enough to pass for gee gee anyway.
