If you know his remarks make you mad or whatever, don't read them! There's absolutely no reason to come onto the boards and leave snide remarks about any pro for some opinion they have. Why are they going to keep contributing to a monthly feature like this if this is what they're going to get back?

People really need to stop putting players on such a presidential like pedestal and expect politically correct answers all the time. Comments like the above will only distance the pros from the fans.
But some players do not bother to give out an educated opinion. Some of the opinions by pros is rather disappointing by saying that a certain player is granted the GSL 1st place not because of his skill or anything, he was just playing a superior race and lucky as a result. They have a voice not because of contributing excellent strategies to TL, but because of their performance in tournaments.
Something about saying that being Protoss will win makes me completely skeptical. This is not a Soul Calibur IV Tourny where places 1-4 are Xianghua. Yes, Protoss is probably imbalanced in some way but looking at the results, it is not imbalanced enough to make the tourny completely dominated by a single race unlike Soul Cal where a single character out of about 30 dominate.
EDIT To add more, pro players that talk about a certain race being imbalanced seem to justify other players reasons for complaining. Rather than looking at their flaws in their play, they blame it on the game. God awful example.

I hate whining balance discussions as much as anyone else, and its been spreading all over the forum these days.
The pro players really aren't setting a good tone for the forums when pretty much half of them on this page are saying PvZ imba. Nothing wrong with what these people are saying, its just giving off a poor impression and letting new players think they can complain about balance because pros are doing it as well.

Only similar quote is TT1s. The rest don't straight up diss July, rather they praise MC for being imba. Though both do say protoss is op. That's a similarity. If you're already forgotten, Idra gave Nestea a ton of flak, said he was horrible, and whatnot back when he won season 2. We all know how that turned out.

I love IdrA's comment. I think I've figured him out. When he's serious, he uses punctuation and capitalization, and his spelling is passable. When he is being sarcastic/bm he uses no punctuation or capitalization and he mispells things.

This is basically what I was saying. You don't call July bad, you call MC really really good. They don't come off the same way even though they basically mean the same thing. July isn't necessarily BAD, he's actually decently good, it's just MC is worlds ahead, that's the difference. Saying July sucks makes it sound like MC is average.
