Can't say I like this move at all... it significantly lowers the average skill level of ROOT. If Destiny makes NASL I will laugh.

This is great news and I wish all the best for Steven, as CatZ said steven has showed very high potential in his practices with ROOT people and he has also improved A LOT recently from a lot of customing instead of "ladder heroing". Everything CatZ has said has been spot on from what I as a frequent spectator can see as well. Wish everyone the best!

We hope to be able to announce a lot more exciting news down the road, this is just the beginning of a very exciting 2011 and beyond!

As for Steven himself, recruiting someone just because of a few thousand stream viewers has never made sense nor will it in the near future. No one can deny his desire for the game, his rise throughout the game's early life and his appeal with fans. As for his skill level, he nor anyone from ROOT has ever said he's currently one of the top in North America, but with rigorous training and laddering, we really feel he can be. Welcome again!
