People claim that he is old, but physically it really cannot be problem yet. Also white-ra is 31 years old and is very good and considered one of the best european players.
I have not heard of lack of practise either, or has he stopped playing so much like he did in early 2000?
I'd imagine that Boxer is probably still better than white-ra.

The only other active player of similar age is NesTea, and Boxer is 2 years older than him. In Brood War, if you go past 23, your career is usually at the point of rock bottom. White-ra may be successful abroad, however I find it difficult to believe he is Code S material. Whatever the case may be, historically speaking, age has a direct effect on performance. In Brood War, there is a team called Air Force E-sport team, consist of military men who wish to continue their progaming career even in the military. Despite at one point almost purely composed of legends, icons and champions, the players are aged and the team always remained at last place. It cannot be related to age

When will we see the episode 2??? x)
|
Whoa, I'm in the documentary! Sweet.
|
it will relate to age when you play: Counter Strike: Yes Starcraft 2: No, SC2 gamers have longer life... but it will definitely stop before you reach 99.

Haha, I know the guy in that thumbnail in the OP - he's a UC Berkeley grad.
Anyway, looking forward so much to Episode 2.

Thank you guys for translating this.
Nice to see behind the scenes and even the bad sides of pro-gaming for such a long time!

I have not heard of lack of practise either, or has he stopped playing so much like he did in early 2000? Hes been focusing alot on coaching and training his team, but with the better results from his team now he will be focusing more on training. Also he said he kept thinking about switching races and that it was distracting him from playing but now he has got those thoughts out of his head. I think a season in code a will be good for boxer just hope he doesnt have to face MMA in the first round >< doubtful though. I think he will be back in code s within a season or 2 but winning a Code a could be good for bringing some of his confidence back I beleive in boxer and think he will be back on top and (hopefully) win a championship before he retires, that would be so awesome. I mean in season 2 he already placed top 4 and that was really impressive.
Best of luck to boxer in the TSL , im such a boxer fanboy :D

Big thanks to the people that brought this to the English speaking fans. Your work is appreciated.

Was there only one episode? With the results from the latest GSTL I feel like this story still has plenty of drama left.

Based on the timing of it, I'm imaginging episode 2 is still being filmed.

There is another episode and maybe more but they are still working on translating it

Bumping this topic up... Once again, any update on translation of episode 2? For those who don't know, episode 2 is already out. It's just not translated. I imagine episode 3 being created now, if the show is still being continued.

Plus, if the translation is already done, don't you think that they would have already posted it? Come on now.
