Has there ever been another player with the grandness of vision, the ability to see beyond just himself and at the scene as a whole? I don't think he ever chose to become an icon, but you can tell from the way he speaks and the things he says that he sees his legend as a gift given to him by his fans and so never takes it for granted, but is always struggling to reciprocate that love. It can't have been easy to give up a cushy job as a coach in SKT, but here he is again.
