And why is it so weird? brat_ok is one of the best russian sc2 players, so i think it's normal that a lot of people wanted to support him, then it was led a campaign to support his candidature in this event, so vote for brat_ok

White-Ra(DuckloadRa), i consider him to be the best protoss from EU; and his playstyle is always clever. Grubby(The best wc3 player from EU definetly have a good chance). MaDfroG(a micro oriented zerg, very entertaining to watch) Dimaga, a really really good zerg I consider him to be one of the best foreign zergs. Those are some of my favorite pros, just thinking it would have been cool to see any of them in gsl.

Too bad that gom is probably going to base their decision on popularity and then invite some bronze-favorite player such as brat-ok, who hasn't really won anything yet, instead of someone who would actually have a chance of getting far in the tournament.

Hello Kinky, We just want to show that there is a huge interest in cybersport and particularly in SC2 in Russia and other CIS countries (Ukraine, Belarus, etc.). We all clearly understand that decision of inviting someone to GSL is not just a matter of skill or talent. One of the crucial factors is the ability of a particular player to attract audience to the event, streams, etc. Sometimes the language barrier (yes, there is a huge problem with English language education in Russia) makes Russian speaking cybersport community underestimated. One of the consequences of this is that many people from Russia cannot engage in real discussion with you in this thread ![]() . ...and yes, I vote for BRAT_OK!))

In this list only White-Ra and HuK have a chances. Plus, as Jinro says, there are two great europe terrans - Sjow and Brat_ok. ofc one phrase spamming is annoying but still bratok in europe one of the best t-player.

This game is quite enjoyable: Actually, in his stream the situation when all watchers think that game is lost and Brat_OK just takes the game because of micro and multitasking are very often. His games always are interesting to watch.

Can we not exclude him and immediately throw him out the door, I mean come one, he's a foreigner as much as all of us on TL. How does someone who's lived in Korea longer than anywhere else, speaks fluent Korean but not so good English, and holds a Korean citizenship qualify as a foreigner? Surely he has relatives in South Korea and most likely would have a much easier time adjusting to the Korean culture and getting around? The guy is good enough to qualify for Code A on his own anyway. He's probably not that desperate for a free Code A spot.
