That's my honest opinion. That said, what you're forgetting here is that HUSKY is actually slandering IDRA's good name every time he gets a chance. Whenever he casts some game of IdrA, he makes fun of his "childish behaviour". He goes all in to make IdrA look stupid. Except for in the HDH1, I don't think I've ever seen Husky cast a game that IdrA won. If I see a video of Husky, commenting IdrA, I'm 100% sure IdrA will lose. And I'm always right. Since IdrA wins most of his games, there's no other logical explanation to that than Husky wanting IdrA to look bad. What's worst, posting a single comment in a thread on TL saying "HAHAHAHAHAHAHA", or trashtalking someone for 10 minutes in a youtube video that over 300 000 people are certainly going to watch? It's not even comparable, IMO. If I were IdrA, I would be seriously pissed off about that. How do you think it feels, knowing that hundreds of thousands of people think you're a jerk, just because some guy goes out of his way to cast all the games you lose while making fun of you? Try to actually think about that for a second, and be objective. What would you think of Husky, if you were in IdrA's shoes right now? I'll admit, Husky was the one who got me interested in SC2, but before I started watching GSL and other stuff, I thought IdrA was a complete loser and a moron. All thanks to Husky. Now, IdrA is one of my favorite players. Cheers. Cool post, bro. I agree with you 100%. I've admittedly never liked Husky, but he really does put IdrA in a bad light. When I first heard about Starcraft, it was about stuff like this.

User was temp banned for this post. Its a little harsh, but I totally agree with IdrA. At this point Husky could upload anything titled in all caps with those tiny colored speech bubbles and it would get an awful lot of views, despite him having the same formula for his jokes over and over again. Personalizing the units, isnt that genius? ![]() Stop being so sensitive about bm, lets just be real here and judge the product based on its quality. I do like Husky as a person but knowing that KurtHugo has 500.000 subs on youtube it seems to me that both of them benefit from each other and from the communities theyre "serving" lol. Free spech ftw ![]()

Whether he cares about the community or not, he makes videos that people here enjoy, and him making StarCraft 2 commentaries appear on the Most Viewed lists on YouTube over and over again actually is a pretty big deal. It thrusts StarCraft into the faces of people who would otherwise be unaware that a community even exists. That said, I don't like how he goes for the "hey let's laugh at IdrA raging" approach with every cast. Then again, IdrA doesn't exactly help himself in that regard. Other progamers can restrain themselves without too much difficulty. Reading through this thread makes me sad as an IdrA fan. Are we all just anti-conformists blindly parroting random criticism?

IdrA puts himself in a bad light - intentionally! That is his persona; he is the BM king, that's the character he portrays in the esports industry.. Husky doesn't like the guy because he chucked a hissy fit accusing Husky of rigging the maps in HDH1; warranted. I'm amazed that people are still trying to "fix" IdrA and his bm/trolling behavior (i.e. TotalBiscuit's reaction, which was justified, but still, you aren't going to magically change him, I feel it is wasted text). As for Husky not doing anything for the community, talk about all the people who started watching his videos and then came here after they became addicted to competitive SC2, I know I'm one of them, and I've seen tons of other posts saying the same. If that isn't helping the community, I don't know what is. Do I think that Husky is the best caster out there? No, I feel that Artosis and Day[9] are better. But I'm damn sure I would be bored to tears of Artosis and Day[9] if I didn't already care about SC2 and hardcore analysis (i.e. the difference between going for a pool first or hatch first as zerg, and what supply you do it on, expanding like crazy and when you do it, micro play, troop movement, timing attacks, BOs, the list goes on). So for that I thank Husky because he actually did make me care about SC2. And props to HD as well, because he, along with Husky, made me care. So thanks to you two: <3 HD/Husky

Despite what you think, I did not rig the maps to be in his favor and I did not in any way rig anything to favor one player over the other. I understand why you raged at me in private after you lost and I am ok with you posting extremely hateful things towards me ever since that event. It's cool if you dont like me. It's cool if the raging nerd persona is your way of standing out. It's extremely awesome that you are so dedicated to StarCraft 2 and are a representation of the foreign community in StarCraft 2. But please, for the sake of being an honest person, stop posting in every thread about me saying I do not care about the SC2 community. It simply is not true ![]() Thanks! Oh Snap! That was a good response and measured too.. Idra Fan here but I love my Husky!! YOU get over it. You could have finished watching the video and learn that it's an original song, not a cover. as in topic: great song, really like the borderline homosexual tone to the song and the lyrics, though the video could have been done differently like ZombiesOMG, in an industrial plant. Now that i think about it, they'd have to have amazing hookups or tons of money to film at a plant. I do have to point out that their SCV robotics did not feel very robotic... I guess there are limitations to biological robot imitators. Oh, and of course, this song is not as catchy as the Banelings Justin Bieber cover because it was not made by professional song writers who know how to write songs that appeal to the senses of tween girls and boys.

![]() I recently watched a video of a youtube guy making a video and all his comments in the video were, you're fat. And he replied, why do you tell me I'm fat, I know it. And that's true, just like we know how we're gonna die one day, we don't talk about it. So even if you think that Husky being so popular is luck or bullshit, no need to share it.

I wont add another comment to that as i stated my opinion earlier in this thread, but i have to add: One reason why IdrA loses a lot in the casts is because IdrA doesn't release his replays, but people will release replays of them beating IdrA, especially if IdrA raged. This means the available replays will be either tournaments or IdrA losing/raging, not much choice there. I would bet all my liquibet points that if IdrA would send a replay pack to Husky that Husky would cast a lot of them, including a lot where IdrA is winning.
