Man I'm not sure what I am doing wrong. When I do the build you specified I get the 7 roaches popping at almost exactly 5:00 every time.
What can be the cause of this?
The program builds all the 7 roaches at the same time but I never have money for 7, only 6.
Sure there are small timing things like moving drones for building etc but thye should not amount to 30 seconds extra.

I know, this happens to me also, everytime a do any build calculated with this i am off by 5 sec every min. so 4:35 + 23 sec delay = 4:58 :-D
But you will be by the same amount behind also with the build from first page.

Yes I was about to post that last night but I noticed that the project's website has a section where you can post bug reports, and that bug was already reported (bugs are listed as "issue" ) :

Yea I thought i was doing something wrong, but I guess it's what the others have mentioned in this thread, that the program doesn't account for drone travel times (to make buildings, to make expos, etc) which leads to the problem of not being able to replicate the build timing ingame. But from what I'm hearing, that's going to be fixed soon.

Drone travel times are included for the upcoming release. The only one that is still TBD (and for my knowledge difficult based on differences in maps, choice of expansion, etc) would be the drone travel time to a new expansion.

I BELIEVE they have it set at a solid 2 seconds after a bunch of testing to see how long it takes for the drone to get to the minerals/gas from a spawn location. I'm not sure which build is the current release, but this is even more important since they also coded in the ability for the AI to pull drones on and off of gas.

the first 7RR was done with a bugged version where a lair had no mineral patches to mine from.
