PLEASE. It's been resolved, there's nothing interesting or unique that the crew of the show can add to the "debate," and all that's going to happen is huge swathes of people are going to get mad at anyone who takes one side or the other. | ||

Also, I'm afraid it's going to be a bunch of justifications for using the word as long as it's not said to a black person or some of the other ludicrous things we've seen in threads and from other SCII personalities. The "cringe factor" of this ep may end up being too much for me, but we'll see how it goes. | ||

Add that to the fact that EG fired Orb, no way Geoff justifies the use of the word. 2. Tyler posted he agreed with Alex Garfield so he won't be justifying the use of the word. 3. Day 9 is the nicest person ever and I am 99.99999% sure he would never say its ok to use the word. i could go on, but I would imagine JP and Artosis will say the word has no place in gaming as well, because it doesn't. | ||

I feel like everything to be said on the issue has been said by EG and orb already, and am not sure any of the hosts can contribute a unique perspective that warrants bringing it up, and not just old news, but drama at that(I prefer my esports drama free, but maybe that's just me). I feel for JP, he can't make everyone happy, if they talk about the orb drama people will criticize by saying "it was resolved, no need to bring it up again, why didn't you talk about X tournament instead? god SotG is really losing touch with the community". If they don't talk about it people will say "how come you guys didn't talk about the recent events with orb? god SotG is really losing touch with the community." A lose-lose situation, but then i suppose people will always find something to complain about regardless of the topic. | ||

I don't understand how come the show has moved so far away from talking about the actual game! There used to be all kinds of discussions about strategies and the metagame, but it's so rare to see the hosts touch on these subjects for anything longer than a few minutes. Despite how controversial the whole Orb issue is, I really don't see how any one (even Tyler) can add anything to it. I feel so strongly about this that I actually took the time to post about it. I was sick of the orb issue before it even started. On the other hand, I absolutely love that you have been bringing in guests like Catz and qxc to co-host. Not only are they great personalities to have on the show, they have great things to add to the discussion, and more importantly seem to focus on events in game. | ||

not state of the community, or state of this guy that said nigger or anything it doesnt affect the game, the way the games played or the way people view the game so its a waste of time. Ill watch the vods and just skip the bits with him. I hope hes not a guest for the whole episode, that'd be awkward as hell, but hopefully they have him on for an hour at most or something | ||
