Earlier time slot would be great considering most of us work during the week and there is almost no chance for me to stay up that late to watch a full show. What about artosis though? doesnt he get up early for the show already? must be kinda bad for him :<

I like the idea of a new time, but I think it will be hard to fit. It would have to start no later than 23:00/24:00 for me to be able to watch it with any regularity. And that would be pretty early Pacific time.

It's a shame they don't do it during the weekend. Then there would be no problem with me watching it, if it got a slightly better timeslot.

Well, I liked to watch live, and if the show is much earlier I personally won't be able to do so anymore, which means I'll be stuck waiting a day or two for the vods or whatever. Glad to hear we aren't losing some of the cast though, i wouldn't want to lose anyone.

New EU friendly time would be awesome, watching sotg live in the evening would be really cool.

Well imo the time they chose was good but maybe just a few hours earlier so JP will have more time to upload the vods / mp3 like he said.

I personally liked how late it started. More than an hour earlier and I won't be watching it much anymore because it will cut into time dedicated to other things.

They have VODs......
When I ran into a few weeks of heavy work nearing 18 hours a day I just would lod up the VOD during lunch / dinner breaks and watch it. Though I do understand the final and mid-term weeks of college being hectic other than that you should be able to find time to load a vod.

Could you imagine how boring the show would be if it was Naniwa, Socke, Mana, and SaSe? That is why

If you stick 2GD, Rotterdam, and Carmac in there. You would have a pretty good show for the european scene.

I'm european, and I've always listened to the MP3 afterwards, I don't specifically care if I get it half a day later, it'll still be actual. Don't move it on account of me You'd have to move it a significant number of hours (4 I think, for all of the EU to receive before midnight, I'd think it would alienate most of the existing live-viewership

The only "extra" feature you get live is the ability to have your chat/skype picked up live, which is not very likely at all, with the amount of input.

If Homestory did anything, it showed that there are plenty of great, energetic European pros. My theoretical Euro SotG would be:
Rotterdam, Hasu, MoMaN, and maybe Thorzain. It'd be great!

I don't know 2GD, but a show made up of just casters? And all of them very agreeable never any contraversy. Boring again . I wish the US guys would know more about the foreign scene, but their bantar outmatches anyone in the EU. TLO might be a good addition to SOTG though would be able to shine light on EU tournys and trending strategies.

Could you imagine how awsome the show would be if it was Khaldor, Stephano, MaoMaN and BlinG ?
There's a lot of example, i'm just using the recent HSC personality as example but you get the point.

certainly as guest appearances, but not as regular hosts. the current lineup is already awesome. just bring on guests to keep everything new each week.

Dear State of the Game crew !

Hello from France ! I wanted to suggest an idea for the year 2012:

Could you do each time we have an episode a poll within the hosts, about a player of the week, and a game of the week.

That way we could at least talk in depth about one starcraft player( and maybe learn some interesting stuff.) and same thing for a game of the week.

The host would have to talk about the game/ analyze it. And tell why they loved it etc etc... some more in depth starcraft II talk : )

Sorry for my english and cheers everyone !

love the show !
