I have to say as someone that missed BW too I really love hearing all the stories. You can tell all these guys think it's the better game. Hopefully SC2 gets there eventually.

this wasnt at all the bw discussion that needed to be had on the show though, even though it was enjoyable. someone actually needs to sit these guys down and ask questions like "where do u think sc2 is going based on your bw experience" and "what are the problems bw faced that sc2 needs to address sooner rather than later" and "in your opinion are there fundamental issues with sc2 that will not allow it to become the game BW eventually became" etc etc etc that is what needed to be talked about in this show but wasnt... [seems like a constant problem with sotg in general] edit: fixed typos

[seems like a constant problem with sotg in general] edit: fixed typos eh but didn't they talked about almost all of those? They said that sc2 needs more build-ups with the tournaments over a long period of time to allow fans to root for players better and reduce volatility. They also talked about stuff in BW that SC2 are missing like the fact that there are too much information while watching SC2, lack of micro on some units ( carriers) etc etc. Obviously it's impossible for them to be as comprehensive as possible given that this is kinda an impromptu and an informal discussion but there were some good points there.
