We're going to see a LOT of zergs jumping ship soon.
Props to you Dimaga for taking action and bringing some attention to the situation, now go win a tournament with Terran and tell blizzard how fking easy it was.
Go4SC2 #29
Dimaga vs Demuslim.
First 2 games, Dimaga plays Z, Demuslim T, 0 -2 Score Rest games, Dimaga Plays T, Demuslim Z, 3 - 2 Final Score.
Dimaga Won the tourney.
So, can we hit officially the panic button now?
|
That's sad, but it does confirm that Zerg are way too weak and that blizzard will never do anything about it.
|
that dimaga demuslim shit is so retarded, its so damn obvious that ZvT is friggin imbalanced. but dont worry about it - the blizzard statistics say that there are 10 Zergs in the Korean Top20 , so a zergbuff isn needed - LOLS

But the ratio on ladder is 50/50 for everyone, it must be balanced.

I'm more and more disliking playing zerg seriously, it's such an energy drain and ends up being a crapshoot most of the time anyways. I've been finding myself fucking around with 4v4 random team games more then playing actual 1v1s, having to force myself to play the 1v1s.

So....that patch that was out today, was there anything on it? I dled 6 mb worth. Cmon balance patch...

lmao? that sounds completely ridiculous. It would be understandable if he would've done that against a protoss or something, but switching to terran against a terran and then owning him in mirror match is really ridiculous.

du kannst nich lesen nich wahr? das steht einmal mehr für die TvZ imbalance

Unless I am missing something:
First, Dimaga played Zerg, Demuslim played Terran and Demuslim won 2 matches
Then they switched, Dimaga played Terran and Demuslim played Zerg (it says it there) and Dimaga won 3 in a row to win the tournament.

Ya, and too be fair, it is easier for a Z to off-race as a T than for a T to off-race as a Z. Because, well, Zerg is harder, duh.

Now, if there was a way that we could have the Korean Zergs play the US and European Terrans...but that's just crazy talk. How could you possibly manage to institute some kind of 'cross-realm play' so that we could compare the play on these servers?
Best of luck to Dimaga. I'm bravely soldiering it through with Zerg, and I always loved watching his games, but we've lost a champion.

Are there RP's / VODs for these games somewhere? I'd be interested in seeing this
|
nothing special, just 3 TvZ's , haha
|
I was more interested in seeing how Demuslim tried to counter Dimaga. Since Terrans have oh so many ideas on how to beat Terrans using the Zerg's arsenal I'd like to see what he tried.

mb mass reaper into mass hellions into mass cloaked banshee into mech like 3 out of 5 laddergames i experience

I don't think the Pros are influenced by which race is featured in the campaign.
