Not my fault people don't use zerg abilities and then cry OP. All I know is that when you play zergs the way they should (run around everywhere, harass, burrow, etc), you can make short work of terrans.
The only minor inconveniences would be early hellion & viking harass. Past that point all you have to do is use your infestors correctly and forbid the terran from putting his tanks in siege mode.
Burrow at his expansions to make him waste scans, fungal growth his workers by sneaking an infestor, use corruption on his structures etc.... DO SOMETHING. With just 3 overseers you can cripple a terran's ability to make units for basically as long as you want to. Well, clearly you know something all of the other zerg don't. When you win the next open tournament make sure to give a boring, bland interview with no emotion and talk about how zerg is just fine then. Gotta love this argument. Apparently bitching, BM, and trash talking is the only kind of emotion you can show in interviews? Actually, in this interview I'd say he was being funny. The fact that you apparently don't have a sense of humor about it only makes it that much more funny to those of us who don't have sticks up our asses.
How is it funny? The joke has gotten incredibly old because he does it any time T is mentioned. Maybe it would've been funny a couple weeks ago, but not anymore.

And comedians have been doing jokes about nagging wives since the dawn of time, it's a shame it's old and is never funny, right? Seriously, loosen the fuck up.
You don't like Idra? Fine. You don't like his attitude? Fine. You don't find him funny? Fine. You think that somehow it is bad for blossoming e-sports (with no evidence)? Fine. However, don't sit around making post after post trying to convert people to believing there's something wrong with Idra and we should all be ashamed for liking him.

Basically, from what I understand is that idrA mouths of in a game cause he gets emotional (name a sport that isnt emotional.) and give e-sports a bad name in the west. Sure that could be true. All you little pricks just spent 20 pages on a website flaming him. Have you behaved any better? Are you folks proud of yourselves? Do I sound like your mother? Why you gotta be his mother? Why don't you go win a major tournament and show him how he should act? What you suck? It's okay just play terran I heard they are good. There were about .... 2 maybe 3 useful posts in this thread that were on topic. The topic is about IEM groups....not flame idra cause he is better then every single person posting in this thread. Lol, kinda funny how because 2 ppl hate the same person it makes the majority correct? Just cause you all flame idrA doesn't mean you are better people then he is... get over yourselves, idrA's done nothing wrong.... when teams lose the worldseries or the superbowl there are alot of emotion.... when a ref makes a bad call....when the game in unfair... makes you a little pissed off amitire? Waittttt no one here would know cause your all nerds that flame ppl on the forums for being infinetly better then you.

My point exactly. Zergs need to use ALL the options available.
Scrubs thinking you can basecamp and then mass roach/muta while having scouted jack' to win are doomed to failure, just like idra.
Call OP all you want, the fact is you're too bad to beat terran (which indeed takes more skill than to beat protoss depending on build).
You know... I'm getting really tired of all this shit from scrub number one fanboys simply because of the number of times i've been OBLITERATED by zergs and protoss when I fell on terran as a random player.
Fact is I actually had to learn the hard way how to decently play terran. Something I'm afraid most of you didn't. Terran isn't OP. Terran can't warp units. Terran can't suddenly decide to switch his entire strategy. Terrans must PLAN AHEAD and adapt according to the enemy if their pre-set plan can't work.
Learning how to react/adapt ain't imbalance or "op", it's skill, pure and simple. If you can't deal with that then you're a scrub and a sore loser doomed to QQ imbalance, just like your "idol".

The problem with your argument is that first off you are not playing on a level where balance is a large factor. In platinum and low-mid diamond generally there is a large enough skill differential between the players that balance will not dictate a game. At the high levels of play with players like IdrA the skill differential is small enough balance is a large issue.
Also the pre-set plan of blue fire hellions, siege tanks, and thors against zerg generally works out very well for the terran player because the only unit that is cost effective against this strategy is ultralisks which lurk in tier three.
If there is a three unit combo that all comes out of the same tech that contains a hard counter to every reasonably attained zerg unit then there is a problem.
I can see how the constant zerg crying is annoying but to pretend that a game that hasn't even been out for a month has perfect balance is just naive.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I like Artosis' comment at the end about IdrA not picking him to advance. Those two are always entertaining because they have a ton of knowledge about the game and enjoy complaining about terran just about every time they are given the opportunity. Personally I agree with them on most points though I am a bit tired of hearing about it their banter is always entertaining.

kigari you are pure class.. "Scrubs thinking you can basecamp and then mass roach/muta while having scouted jack' to win are doomed to failure, just like idra." idra is a "base camping scrub" who "scouts jack" and is "doomed to failure" got it

I've maintained a place between #20 and #1 in diamond league since the game came out. Probably not today as it's been a good week since I've played. If it goes at the same "speed" as before I'm prolly the last of my division right now, if not demoted to platinum if it can happen "offline".
Skill isn't really a factor in what I'm trying to expose here. What i'm trying to make the scrubs understand is that zerg has a VERY wide array of options and that they fail to use it 99% of the time, even in "top-notch" play.
The fact that idra loses vs terran so much isn't because "terran's op", it's because he's just shitty vs terrans. If you even check his casted replays you'll ONLY see him do FE-Mass roach & FE-Mass mutas. That's it. Nothing else.
If people just can't understand that massive a unit and a-moving ain't gonna cut it it's not my problem; Just don't blame ME for pointing your "idol" is playing like the last godamn lamer in existence and is incapable to adapt...

It's polarizing personalities like Idra that is going to make e-sports big.
The whole point of a spectator sport is having someone to root for or against. Personalities, even perceived bad ones, are always good for gaining spectators.
Compare Bret Favre in the NFL, or Jeff Gordon in NASCAR, or Tiger Woods in golf, or Rush Limbaugh, or Glen Beck in political commentary. Controversy brings the ratings - no matter the medium.
Besides, I think SC players are too critical anyway - It's always BM this or BM that. Sometimes a little BM is a good thing - Why do you think the Chill vs. CombatEx game that day9 casted is so popular?

What is your answer to Blue Hellions / Siege Tanks / and Thors. The answer is either a ton of ultras or simply outplaying your opponent to a massive degree. The problem arises here because there is a skill differential that is necessary for a zerg player to win. The terran player can A move while the zerg player needs to incorporate multiple well timed attacks of in order to fight the terran. This is a large reason why the matchup is imbalanced.
I used to hate IdrA when I first started following SC (around the HDH tournament) because I saw him as a baby incapable of taking a loss. When I saw his interview session with Artosis (thanks artosis) my view towards him changed. When you hear him talk as opposed to simply what he types he is far more self-confidant than he is arrogant. Also he gets the results and when he isn't raging about something his comments on balance are very valid.
As far as the crying that seems to have you so upset it isn't IdrA's problem it is the people who lose games and want to blame something other than themselves so they cling to the words of players like IdrA to make themselves feel better. Everyone knows that blaming something other than yourself for your failings is a useful skill toi have!

For the general public, what is IdrA or any other "pro gamer" ? A dwarfish overly introvert nerd spending his life in a cage in front of his computer.
Think it's gonna help the lambda to "root for him" if all he does is act like he belongs in the "street trash" corner of internet ?
If you could decide, would you have a public figure say "let's all play and act decently for fun and let the best of us win" or "GTFO motherfuckers you're all nubs imma best yo can't win if not for teh OP race QQ moar suckers" ?
I'd take any average player over IdrA to represent e-sports if it was up to me, just to avoid the white trash stereotype.

Both are equally as vulgar and socially outcast. It's sufficient for a vast majority of the populace...
