Pheonix wont have much use vs 90% of PvT's midgame; your just asking to get pushed by marine-heavy bioarmy. Better to get either colossus or HT so you can compete with bio.
I met this guy twice in random custom games. The first game I 4 gated him. The second time I asked if I should 4 gate again and he said "I would" because he was obviously going to do his anti 4 gate. He repelled my 4 gate and called an early "gg" for me (I hate it when people do that); I came back and won.

There aren't any replays released for TG-Intel STARCRAFT II Open Season1, and I don't think they will release them.
Cool uses the name 오지에서과일장수 which might help you find the replays a bit easier. Here's some of the replays of him we have at RTS-Sanctuary so far (the one's towards the bottom of the list will be a bit old, I'll see if I can find some more recent replays of him): + Show Spoiler +

why I post it? it's korean PvT where the protoss actually goes for the templar tech after building up a nice zealot/stalker/sentry + immortal force; the more I see and use immortals, the more I like them.....hated them at the beginning because of their slow speed, but they are just so awsome for defense, when you have enough sentries; 2+ immortals shooting at trapped MMM = sweet

Actually phoenix are great support a transition to colossus because many terran use vikings to deal with the colossus. :o

Yeh, somewhat of a brag, but its actually a pretty decent game. He 7pools, eventually kills my main, but I stay around and have some sexy stalker micro. People on his stream were saying "Who was that protoss??" and "Protoss is imbalanced" after the game =[
