I did a relativly early push against a protoss who FE on shakuras with a SINGLE tank and multiple marines to apply pressure. I realized he was absolutely awful and couldn't hold it so I went from "eh just a bit of pressure to help me expand" to "wow i can just go kill him". I reenforced with more tank/marine and he then bmed about tanks being imba when for almost the majority of the pressure I had a single tank.

I just all-in'd some guy TvP because my scv saw that he was literally not building any units (turns out he was hiding a citadel) and he died. But we were both experiencing mad lag so he reported me for drop hacking. -_- I didn't see it in game since I blocked him after he said "please stop drop hacking" before my all-in hit him but I saw it in replay.
Anyways he said "drop hackers like [me] deserve to die."
Considering I dont drop hack, nothing bad should come out of his report, right?

He started in the game complaying about zerg op, said i sucked etc.
And he probably was retarded. No but he typed in caps and it felt like in person if we talked face to face he would be screaming at me, so i had to answare withe something like that so he would liste to my advice (and understand its not about anything is over powerd)
So i wouldnt say that i tried to get him to rage. He had a very strong attitude from the start of the conversation.
