EPTi understand almost every thread of similar issues is locked and i see the green bar at the top. but im pretty sure this is a client bug. not a battle.net problem.
i was able to play fine at work
but came home and applied the patch and was not able to play on US/KR/EU.
deleting cache/forwarding ports/reinstalling completely
none of these worked
the solution that DID work for me was to download these 2 files

NOTE : these are 2x files. one is about 6mb the other is a few kb
create a folder in your Starcraft II Beta directory called "Updates"
C:\Games\Starcraft II Beta\Updates\
for instance
then just run the game. if it worked, the client should delete the Updates folder and you should be now able to join/create games and use the matchmaking feature
