Great show! The pilot was definitely a success, and I also appreciate the chance to win a beta key. Looking forward to next time!

I enjoyed watching the first show guys! Nice job.~
I like the "Chill 101/Chill's Challenge" a lot as well, hope there are some players out there that are actually going to try it.

Keep it up!

great pilot, didn't like much the scout-man bashing (also didn't djwheat mixed it up with scouts - toss unit? or perhaps i didn't understand corectly), partly because when I concentrated on scouting, it helped me improve A LOT, especially in early stage of a game. And if you are protoss, it isn't that hard to build an observer and send it to your opponent's base, is it?

Great show. I like the professionalism and the way Wheat makes it non-awkard even when people ask stupid questions etc..
This show could definitely be a big hit.

One thing if you're looking for feedback. It wasn't very "visually" interesting.
You could've maybe thrown some pictures in there or something or perhaps shown the replay of the week you mentioned.

That was really good guys. Couple of thoughts:

Time - You should make it longer. I dunno if that's possible at all but considering you got 1000 viewers on a pilot, even if 1% call in that's 10 people. Assume you're gonna go up from there - and the audience is there, just look at D9 - and yeah, you're gonna have the content. If you guys don't have the time, that's fair enough.

Additionally, I'd really not recommend putting it much later, just for the EU crowd. It finished at 8:30 for UK peeps and later for anyone else in Europe, so if you push it much later (particularly on a Sunday) you're gonna get some drop off - particularly if you're considering putting it after LO3.

Calling In - Good idea, well executed without any technical problems, I just wanted to know: when are we supposed to do it? Do we just leave it ringing on Skype or should we time it?

Anyway, that was really impressive. Well done. Chill's 101 thing is a good idea, maybe you should do it at the start so people can ring in and ask about it?

I just dropped into the show on a whim and have to say, it was very well designed and produced. The content was pretty good and since I have been too busy to keep up with SC2 news/trends as it comes in, it was extra helpful.

I hope to see this show to continue and document the evolution of the game.

I think there just needs to be well known people and speakers from different divisions to have more perspectives in discussing the issue.

Umm, you only tweeted one tweet for all three races, not one of each. But then again I'm a twitter noob like Chill so maybe you can somehow change to one specific race in your retweet? Aah I dunno...

It's because the focus of the challenge is macro. If the challenge was "scout, macro and micro" then it really wouldn't have a point, would it?

Awesome show! It's nice to have some SC2 content that doesn't need quite as much attention as Day9 or other commentaries; this can be run in the background and still be effective.

I'm looking forward to the next episode, whenever that turns out to be!

Yeah this is more community-oriented and "talk show"ish than Day9 daily, so they can definitely coexist comfortably.

Definitely. It felt really proffessionally done also, really enjoyed watching the pilot.

Will be tuning in for future episodes for sure!

WoC was great, I'll be sure to catch it each weekend!

I like that this is a radio-style show and the video isn't necessary, so I can just listen while I do some other work.

Yeah exactly. Chill was in no way saying that scouting isn't essential he is simply trying to break the game up for new players and he's 100% right.

I have friends who are really bad and they focus all there attention on "what did he build", "how can I counter that", "what unit mix should I make" when 10 minutes into the game they only have 20 workers.

The BEST advice you can give these people is just what Chill said. Forget scouting, forget even what race he is just make LOTS of units as quickly as possible. Keep buildings depots/pylons in time, keep building workers, make sure you have enough production buildings.

If you can just keep your minerals below 500 that is enough to get out of Copper almost regardless of WHAT you actually make.
