o Immortal

+ Damage decreased from 20+30 armoured to 15+25 armoured.

o Carrier

+ Interceptor range decreased from 8 to 7.

o Twilight Archon
+ Attack range increased from 2 to 3.

* ZERG

o Zergling
+ Build time increased from 24 to 28.

o Roach
+ The vespene gas cost has been increased from 25 to 50.
+ Base armour value has been decreased from 2 to 1.

o Queen
+ Transfusion amount healed has been increased from 125 to 200.

o Infestor
+ Infested Terrans duration increased from 20 to 30.
+ Infested Terrans spawned increased from 1 to 3.

o Ultralisk

I actually like the changes from the sc2forum.org a lot more. I hope those are the real ones (but probably not).

blizzard is ON THE BALL! Don't know about the Void Ray, but everything else looks good.

like how they tweaked mech build times instead of messing with costs/stats. I think this was the real issue since it's hard to get tons of factories with tech labs.

Whoa. I take back what I said. If the SC2forum change log is correct I like that one a lot more. That fixes so many issues.

Yeah, they also refer to Archons as Twilight Archons, which haven't been in the game for a while. I don't think Blizzard formats the SC2 notes with this +/- system either, though I may be wrong

Void rays were buffed, not nerfed. Read more carefully guys. It's intitial damage is now 250% of it's old damage. It's powered up damage is also higher. Lastly, having only 2 power levels makes it far easier to hold the higher charge due to the mechanics of the target switching system.

I'd have liked to see tanks cost -25gas +25mins instead of a -5 s build time.

the patch 8 notes on http://www.starcraft2.com/launcher/patch-notes.htm seem to have been taken down already. Maybe it was an early unfinished release?

Well I doubt it was unfinished, but they may have put them up before they intended to. There is definitely a patch coming based on the Breaking News notice when you open SC2

Hmmmm....

In my opinion the problem with hydras was their insane damage output, not their health. I liked them better when they were 8 +4 vs armored or however it was. Nerfing their health seems silly to me.

Terran changes seem awesome. Roach nerf is interesting. Hope it solves the problem.

Void ray change seems strange to me, but then again I rarely use them, so what do I know.
