Things like Python, Destination, Tau Cross, other classics and such will appear, but would the maps function in any way similar to their sc1 counterparts?
Also please add on maps you might love that aren't as mainstream.

destination is a map i feel that really emphasizes positional play, and with sc2 in the state its in now, i dont feel like it'd be the perfect map for that. something like hbr or katrina with all the cliffs around the center, however, is a much different matter. in that reapers, colossi, whatever will all be much more useful in actual combat. tau cross's bridges are universal barriers (except with air units, ofc). thats an idea that could be very interesting, maybe grass on either side of the bridges? theres also expos which i would expect to turn high-yield. maps in general would play out nothing like their sc1 counterparts with the possible exception of outsider, considering how heavily that map emphasizes mobility already. | ||
