i had such an incredibly SHIT gym session today. ive been eating and sleeping a lot (too much sleep lol), and still...

i done 2-3 reps of my squat then felt so EXHAUSTED all over, almost dizzily. i reduced weight until i was at like 35kg and still could only do 3 reps then felt EXHAUSTED. :@ wtf

likewise my bench was retarded and i had to shave 20kg off before i could do 5 reps x once.

i spent over 1.5 hours in the gym and feel like i achieved absolutely nothing :@ and i forgot to fuckin weigh myself

You don't have to go all the way down, just as far as your body will let you while keeping form.

There are too many people that pile on a ton of weight and only go down partially. All you are doing with that is putting more weight on things that aren't muscle, like knees. You also don't work your glutes as much (or at all) either when you don't go down far enough.

i was actually referring to deeper squats (squats below parallel) so my bad i can't seem to find the source but it said that doing squats above parallel causes muscle imbalance or something like that. i duno, i really can't find the source so we'll just have to wait till eshlow gets back lol
