Part of me wants Tommy Tuchs to show ~~sharkie~~ Chelsea that he’s still got it, but another part of me thinks it would be madness. They’ve already turfed him out before, and 9 other managers since and it’s not as if he tends to get on with upper management at the best of times.

First goal from absolute chaos inside the penalty area, what a superb run from Lookman. Poor from Leverkusen not having a man at least trying to block him or get to the ball first.

I'm honestly ready for the 90+2 Leverkusen goal but Atalanta's offense has broken through Leverkusen's defense again and again in the past 10 minutes and a goal was bound to be scored. Leverkusen making too many careless passing mistakes and giving up the ball in the midfield.

EDIT: ANOTHER FROM LOOKMAN AS HE CUTS TO HIS RIGHT RIGHT IN THE 1PENALTY ARC! Another poor ball given away from Leverkusen off a goal kick and everything is going Atalanta's way right now. Definitely feels reminiscent of the game at Anfield when we got smashed by Atalanta. Can Leverkusen find something?

EDIT 2: LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO unreal stuff from Lookman. What a hatty, incredible goals from him.

Very anti-climatic ending to this amazing streak. Concede a goal early and then just get outplayed. Too bad, but it became clear that Atalanta was no fluke.
Great year for the Bundesliga, but with the very real risk that there won't be an silverware to show for it - as is the case so often, unfortunately :-(

If Dortmund wins, however, it would be more than glorious. One can dream.

Wow what a stellar performance from Atalanta! Well deserved.
They were bullying and pressuring Leverkusen all over the place never even getting the chance to do their thing. Leverkusen looked empty

I still remember Lookman's atrocious attempt at a panenka that cost Fulham a vital point in the 2021 relegation battle. Wrote him off as an absolute clown like Aboubakar Kamara.

Good to see that he's improved.
