Italy what are u doing.
You should look further back!
Their last knockout game at a WC has been in 2006 (when they won the title in the final vs France) Since then they dropped out in group stage twice, and now have not even qualified twice (while winning the Euros in between :D)

They are just boycotting the horrible WC in katar as well as our team. It is the right thing to do and I celebrate italy for throwing against macedonia.
(sarcasm if you didnt already got it)

Zidane's headbutt put a curse on Italy. "You won't get out of the group stage in WC" Suarez's bite put a stronger curse on Italy. "You won't make it to the WC"

Poor Harry Although that was hilarious man!
I mean to say he hasn’t been great for a while is an understatement, although I think his build and manner make him look even more calamitous than he actually is

Agreed. Just his price tag of 80 million makes you wonder....great player manager

World Champions in waiting They looked anything but unbeatable today. With a bit more luck Switzerland is up 3-0 at half time, I think they had the better xG. But of course that doesn't matter, England will still win Qatar.

Yeah we didn't look good at all because a lot of very good players were not there and some on the bench lol. If Switzerland were at full strength then that wasn't good from them, but it was nice to play a team that didn't just park the bus against us as well and made for a half decent game for a friendly.

If France can mould their team into a cohesive unit, and players perform to their best they’re winning it.
If they don’t well I think it’s an extremely open World Cup

African qualification for Qatar finished overnight.
Morocco def Congo DR Tunisia def Mali Ghana def Nigeria Cameroon def Algeria Senegal def Egypt
Major crowd trouble when Nigeria was knocked out. Ghana's players had to evacuate the field instead of celebrating their achievement. Tear gas was required to disperse the crowd.

And Senegal vs Egypt had the biggest laser show the continent has ever seen when the Egyptians were trying to shoot penalties.
It was an all-around remarkable qualification round.

Norway beat Armenia 9-0 yesterday! Biggest win in 30 years, and if we go like 3 years back in time, I'd have expected some boring 2-0 win.

I’m not sure how you fix that. Africa is too big to do a league qualification like South America, but doesn’t quite have the places awarded to do it like in Europe where (usually) you don’t end up with better teams eliminating each other.

Glad Ghana qualified just because of Partey. Love seeing the boys do well!
