Perhaps big spender rams winning the sb has something to do with the number of teams making big moves, but then again I don't remember when was the last time so many "big names" were available. Also good QBs are pretty hard to come by

Really don't see how MVS at 10 mil and JuJu with incentives at 10 mil is better than hill at 28-30 mil. Kelce is also going to be 33 in October. I see that offense taking a step back.

Given the Rams cap situation it is likely that it is a large signing bonus with a few voidable years. (Signing bonuses are split over the length of the contract to a maximum of 5 years.) In a few years the Rams will have a massive amount of dead money and few players on rookie deals. It will be a miracle if they don't implode.
