Kings are 12-5 in their last 17. Might have some outside shot of making the 8 seed if Holmes and Bagley come back. They'd just get bounced immediately, but it would make me happy.

It is now or never for Delon Wright. He complained about not being "an 11th man" when he left the Raptors. Dallas is clearly choosing him over Barea with Brunson injured. Well, now is his time to prove he is not an 11th man.

I don't think I'd classify those as insights, more so analysis. Insight is knowledge that is not apparently obvious through deep understanding of the situation. Your insight can either be specialized analysis or insider information.

To be fair, JJ is right when he values what he contributes here are insight or knowledge or whatever,

He is like that officemate who always bums himself in pantry convos and makes an effort to announce "SEE, I've known it from the start" proclaiming something that everyone of us consider commonsense and too boring that everyone else would be ashamed to even bring up as a matter to discuss.

OR he would out of nowhere drop random "facts" about a random tier 5 player who's statistically doing X relative to calculus Y times zeta 8 squared to pi divided by zero anuhletics, only because he cut his fingernail too short that morning. AND thinking this would WOW us here in tl/nba.

Just as you could not judge my divine insight that KOBE is #1 GOAT, so too can you not judge anyone and JJ for that matter if in his world and his mental state and experience of the game, what he is saying is insightful or valuable.

(Having said that though, if having a normal rational conversation is more your speed, Im down to making a case for KOBE #2 GOAT, with facts and evidence, with proper citations, rigorous number crunching, and annexes for days. I don't know if JJ is down for that kind of talk though.)

But what I'm really saying is: Live and let live guys!

Noah to Clippers! Boom!

My insight and professional analysis on this is that, and I've been saying this since preseason, the Clippers will be the team to beat if they get 1-2 superstars and a flex-center along with their existing roster of Williams, Beverly, and Zubac. And true enough, according to my predictive analysis, they god Leonard and George. The only piece missing in winning the championship is a sneaky 4-5 who' not afraid to bang and provide energy, and that is Noah.

League surely fucked now.

Is noah still good.

I loved him in his prime on the Bulls, truly an elite and underappreciated player, but he's had like 100 injuries and has smoked like 30000 pounds of weed.

the "if he stays healthy" caveat eliminates a huge proportion of scenarios rendering the comment almost meaningless. Look at how banged up the Raptors and Warriors were during the finals. Both teams succeeded in spite of serious injuries to key personnel.

any how...what happens if an NBA player gets coronavirus during the playoffs? LOL. what a shitstorm that will be.

The last three weeks of the playoffs last year were an absolute blast with all the viewing parties throughout the greater toronto area. It'll be weird and sad if there is none of that this year for whoever ends up winning it all.
