Still way too early to say Liverpool have this under wraps. Besides how many players on their roster are injured, a potential new one could be disastrous.

Erm have you looked at the table, 13 points clear of Leicester with 1 game in hand and 14 points clear of City. Only dropped 2 points after playing 18 games.

Liverpool don't look like dropping points and even if they do Leicester and City will drop points as well.

Hate to say it but this season it seems way over compared to others.

Lampard is doing well. Chelsea had a transfer ban, Hazard left, a lot of youngsters, etc. It would be crazy to fire him now.

When Roman came in he only accepted the highest standards, gave us the tools to do so and right now Lampard is not delivering on MULTIPLE occasions, 6 defeats at home this season, from a team which has one of the longest home unbeaten runs the world has ever seen. Stretching over 4 seasons i think it was in the end. Regardless of that, the high standards expected mean that if you are not delivering no matter who you are, you can be out the door, i honestly think Lampard has one more performance like that vs a bottom of the table side and he would be gone. I would be very sad but this is just the truth around the matter, this is what Chelsea are, you are either competing for first or you are gone. Carlo Ancelotti is one of the best managers of all time, he has won the Champions league trophy 5 times as either a player or a manager....5 times, that is more than most clubs have in their entire 100 year history and he has done it himself 5 times.....we sacked him for finishing 3rd after winning the league and cup double (first in our history) the previous season...that is how ruthless we have been and that is why our success over the last 15 years is second to none in England.

So while i don't want Lampard to go, he is making it hard for himself for the powers at be when you set up so wrongly and the team play so poorly vs Southampton a team who had kept 0 clean sheets this season and looked so comfortable yesterday.

So...they don't want the Chinese League to have a couple of eye catchers? It's not like the competition is overrun by foreigners, is it? When the government wants to improve the level of football, I don't see how this helps.

It should force the clubs to hype up Chinese players as stars in the domestic market. Never mind if they are not good enough to make in any top European league.
