Whilst what you type might be true on paper. They still had almost double the amount of shots Barcelona had in this game though and if Young could cross a ball they would have had some more to boot. This Barcelona side is not that good anymore, player vs player especially, but they have Messi so they are always a threat and winning games because of that. Juventus 11vs11 against Barca i genuinely think Juve come out on top minus the Keeper as Ter Stegen is an amazing keeper and Szczesny is just a meme lol.

Yeah the Barcelona team isnt that strong at the moment, Messi has been X factoring all season. Suarez has decent stats but if you saw the game today itll be obvious why hes been considered to be struggling. The midfield is nothing special either and they dont play with the pace consistently like they used to regularly.
Todays game though was typical Valverde, get ahead and then just chill. Which is kinda boring if you liked how they used to play.
I think Liverpool is the best team followed very closely by Juve then maybe City/Barca and then the rest.
Then again its CL football so alot of that goes out the window because of the whole "on the day" thing. All the teams left in the tournament have obvious quality overall and can beat anyone else. Except maybe Porto but I havent watched them closely enough. What I have seen they arent bad but maybe not on par with the rest.

Again Valverde being too defensive. At least Pique and Lenglet are defending very well right now.
Maybe Messi and the defense can carry us into the final, because the midfield is not convincing me.

How Rakitic is still playing 90mn every game is beyond me. If Valverde wants a defensive team, just put Vidal. He's much better at it and won't be afraid to fight EPL physiques.

Bit of a liability though is Mr Vidal, he played last night around 15 minutes and got 1 yellow card and 2 "final warnings" lol, but yeah your point of his being better physicality wise is true.

Unrelated, Diego Costa got 8 match ban. He's out for the remaining La Liga season. I'm not sure how big of a deal that is for Atletico since they're only participating in La Liga at this point and even there they're almost certainly finishing 2nd or 3rd. I guess beating Real Madrid for the 2nd place would still be a decent victory.

Well this is 5 drunk fans in a pub singing a disgusting song. Chelsea is powerless unless they have tickets/membership, it is a police matter. It was also in Czech Republic too i think. Chelsea will do all they can but there isn't much they can do here unless they can identify them and they have memberships.
Police will have to do some investigation work and charge them for public racism.

Hazard is going to fire Chelsea into the Champions League piss off in the summer and then we are going to have to deal with a shit Chelse side playing dissapointing football in the Champions League next year.
It's good to see Chelsea doing something about their reputation. Banning fans absolutely sets the message that this is not acceptable.
