I knew Ancelotti was going to go, but i thought Jup would come back and cover until Hoffenheim manager comes in next summer. Guess big Sangol gets a go instead of Jup part 5 You are really surprised the Assistant Manager takes over the job in such a rather spontaneous firing? Like it is done in pretty much every club? (unless those who planned to fire their coach for months...) Interim manager, aka he is there until the end of the season is how i read interim manager. We (Chelsea) have had interim managers of Rafa Benitez from November > May and Hiddink 2 times from December > May and erm, another time of like November > May probably. But we have had Assistants (Ray Wilkins/Steve Holland) take temprorary charge until an interim or new manager came in to take over, the assistant manager never takes a full job in England nor as Interim really, especially in big clubs. I can understand Willy having a few games before Jup or someone came in, but to have the whole season is a huge risk!

Okay, then in your terminology: Willy Sagnol is the temporary manager.
You can safely assume that someone else will take over soon(TM).

Hoffenheim guy is not available until the summer though? So now Sagnol is going to somehow try and get Bayern into Champions league places in Bundesliga and somehow do half decently in Europe. A man with 0 management experience lol! Talk about a leap of faith from the biggest club in Germany

Talk about a leap of faith from the biggest club in Germany According to wikipedia Sagnol has some, though not much, coaching experience. Nagelsmann (Hoffenheim guy) is probably bound by his contract. I any case, signing a manager from a different club, during an ongoing season and on shote notice, would be a highly unusual (?) and definitely controversial move. More importantly, imho it would like a sign of desperation.

Most speculated name right now is Tuchel. (who is supposedly already in Munich)
But surely Bayern will try to figure out Nagelsmann's availability first. Will just be nearly impossible to get him right now or during winter. Then again, when you never spend money on players, they should have something left to test out at how much money Hoffenheim gets weak :D

Correct decision to sack Ancelotti, he didn't seem to have any concept for the squad, didn't even know who to field. Tuchel might take over I guess, one of the few that's actually available right now.

Why does pande believe Jupp is still available?

Yeah i can understand Nagelsmann not coming right now, it is clear (or it was earlier on in the summer) that he was being lined up for this summer to replace Ancelotti it seemed. That also makes alot more sense for Hoffenheim and Bayern.
But as an interim, surely Bayern can attract some top notch managers to come in and stabilize quickly. Still i guess we will see!
Willy Sagnol was a great player i don't mean to disrespect him btw, just that he hasn't managed a group of players on his own before, he hasn't managed a club before. Now he is thrown in at the deep end in Bayern to try and get them to a good place in this season. Huge task for him!

This is Bayern, Jupp always is available for them especially as an Interim xD it's like Chelsea and Gus Hiddink, he always there to bail us out.

It is funny. Spanish media called Pep Guardiola "un fracaso" (a failure) all his three years in Bayern, because he should reach CL final with that squad every year, and Bundesliga was a very easy league with only one team.

Noob managers ruining the perfect "Jupp" Squad...

Di Matteo took the job in february iirc Avraam Grant in november till may (lost CL final) after Mourinho left

Fatih Terim is available, so is Alan Pardew. Hmmm decisions decisions...

Bayern fired Ancelotti for real now. Didn't take them long. Many people thought this would happen soonish anyway so it's not a big surprise.
I wonder if they'll get Tuchel, but I doubt that'll work with Hoeneß and Rummenigge, seeing he had issues with Dortmund's management and Mainz as well I think.

I wouldn't do it if I was Jupp. He is so old already and wants to have his peace. Also he could ruin his legacy.

German teams are going DOWN.
Can we get the magic "everything lost playday"?
So far we have 3 CL losses, and both currently running EL games are 0-1 at HT. And Hoffenheim vs Razgrad.... Not sure what to expect there.

Well Ancelotti accomplished the same thing with Bayern as Pep did.. And he failed as well?
Or do you actually blame the sacking of the manager on Ancelotti? Bayern lost Lahm, Alonso and now Neuer. Especially Neuer was the guy who saved Bayern hundreds of points

I wonder if they already have someone secured. Even though the results have been less than ideal, sticking with Ancelotti might have been better than ending up in a limbo with some assistant manager who may or may not have enough authority to properly command the seasoned lineup Bayern have.
Despite the potential conflicts, it feels like it might be Tuchel time.

Despite the potential conflicts, it feels like it might be Tuchel time. Höneß mentioned that Ancelotti had brought 5 very influential players at once against himself and they couldn't hold him anymore when he does that. Speculated are Robbery, Hummely, Alaba as they were left out of the PSG squad + Lewa who has basically refused to shit at all on the pitch for weeks. Then the issues with Müller in the past weeks... He was probably told to somehow keep control of the squad, and they felt that he lost it completely.
