And yes, Madrid does not care about strikers when Ronaldo is playing, but when he's not...just rewatch those game vs Valencia for example, and that was not even the hardest team possible to play against.

Sure he may not be the most prolific striker, but that only is a problem when Ronaldo isn't playing. For what Benzema brings to the table I would only rate Lewandowski higher and Madrid are getting him next year I would say. I reckon for a guy with Ronaldo on the team the entire time hes been there a .5 goal a game return is pretty solid when you add that to the seriously amazing work he puts in otherwise. There is some validity to the fact that he perhaps he is a bit to comfortable in his role and doesnt really raise his game for certain occasions or in the absence of other stars. But thats a minor gripe imo. Ive always liked what he brought..

But still - Benzema got horrible stats last season, he does the same way this season, and he's not a part of France national team. Check the stats that are important for Benzema: - How often does he track back? - How is his pressing? - Is he fast? These are all way more important for RM striker than scoring goals (Ronaldo already does that). Benzema has to do all the defensive work of 2 players

Hazard played in 1on1, goes to go round keeper, checks back, keeper is on his ass. Squares it to Batman to tap it in lol! How unselfish, it was basically an open goal! Apart from that Tottenham weirdness and one uninspired 0-0 vs Freiburg, they've been looking really solid. To be fair, Dortmund got hosed by the referee against Tottenham, or that game would've turned out probably as a draw (maybe even a win). Aside from that, Dortmund has been horrible away from home for over a year. I expect them to steamroll Tottenham when they visit the Westfalenstadion. The difference between the two teams will be if either of them can get points off of Real Madrid.

To be fair they shouldnt even be in the game after 70 mins but now that it came this far..... Real is being so lazy defensively on the counter but Betis have no legs to actually counter properly... the game has been pretty ass the last 15 mins.. Bad defense, bad attacking, bad counter attacking.
