Actually 15sec is long because after a foul TV can show it again in 5sec. Not sure why a desk ref can see it 10sec later than all TV viewers. They probably take their time to look at it multiple times and/or from different angles to make sure they don't make a mistake. And for that 15 seconds is still pretty quick. | ||

I usually avoid to give so much importance to only one player in professional teams. But in PSG it is because Zlatan. Cavanni is good at a lot of things, but he is not good scoring goals. | ||
