Yeah but it means 3 teams groups iirc so the chances there are 0 big clash during the whole group phase are pretty high.

Well that will depend on how crazy they get with seeding, but I'm assuming that as trade off for UEFA only claiming 16 spots, there would be an UEFA only pot. And if they don't mess with seeds in addition to that several rough Europe vSouth America groups might be possible.

I love to do such speculations, so here's what I see happening.
The last few time the basic principle for seeding pots were always.
-seeded teams
-rest of european teams
-rest of south american +african teams
-asia/north america
Assuming we have one south american or african team qualifying from playoffs (in which case south america and africa have a cmobined 16 teams) this principle could be retained as
-seeded teams, presumably europe and south america only
-rest of european teams, drawn to south american seeds.
-rest of south american + african teams, drawn into groups with european seeds
-rest of the world.
Basically, we will have group(s) of death if USA/mexico/australia end up with a south american seed and european team. And a few who-cares groups with the lower european seeds, a self-destructing african team and some asian minnow. Basically, not much different from what we see now.
What is way more interesting for the later stages is if the seeded teams will be further separated, as there are now 16 of them. Because assuming every seeded team wins its group, they can now meet in the ro16. So an unlucky draw can imply that for example the likely ro16 matches include 1st vs 2nd seed and 15th vs 16th seed, which looks very wrong to me, would increase the likelihood of teams throwing a game for a better knockout stage bracket.

However much you crazy English might wish otherwise, leaving the EU does not mean you leave Europe. You should start digging up spades of dirt on the east side of your island and dumping it on the west side. Eventually you'll reach America and you can truly leave "the continent" behind you.
