No Real fan misses Özil. Now they have Modric + Kroos. That's the same offensive power + still strong defensively.

However, that doesn't mean the player can't realize this and do the efforts to be a better player; but everyone knows Özil isn't exactly super professional. No Real fan misses Özil. One bad game and he's not meant to play in today's football?? He's not the only player that doesn't track back you know..

He's 'only' playing in Arsenal after all =D I'm not saying he's bad, just not fit to compete with the very best. He's not consistent enough to afford to not track back. And I do love this kind of player, even if it wasn't apparent in my words. It just doesn't work. Or you have to have people behind you that run for 2, like Pirlo had a few years ago. But even then, in games where you don't have the ball enough, you suffer more by fielding him than benching him. And for Fabregas... He was great in Arsenal, but since then he's not done anything when it mattered. In Barcelona, he was good the first few months of each season then always disappeared.

They QQd him when they thought he was the rat that helped get Jose fired thats it. When he first joined us in our title winning season he was amazing, following season like everyone else was awful and the manager disappeared. This season he is great but is working his way into the side. Pedro on the other hand struggled to get into the side but no Chelsea fan said anything about his playstyle not suiting to this generation, more of the he doesn't look good enough right now. I can go onto Chelsea forums right now and there is calls for Cesc to be our captain when Cahill doesn't play! Thats how much respect he has now which is madness when you think the guy was groomed by Wenger. But hey he kisses the badge so ![]()

you have in Benfica:Ederson (23), Lindelof (22), Grimaldo (21), Nelson Semedo (22) and Gonçalo Guedes (20) In Sporting: William Carvalho (24), Gelson Martins (21), Ruben Semedo (22) in Porto: Danilo (24), André Silva (21), Diogo Jota (20) It will be a fun transfer window for the portuguese newspapers Also a curious note about this, from this 11 players, 7 are either managed by or have connections with Jorge Mendes.

I meant criticism that may be genuine with some truth but then morphs into the absurd.

No one ever said Cesc was a bad player like they do with Ozil or say he is washed up or at least non Chelsea fans. They just said he was a rat which is nothing to do with his footballing prowess is it. He also has proven this year that he really wants to stay by being a "bit" part player so far and still producing great performances and really trying. Man management from Conte been superb. Attitude from Cesc second to none.

If you ever read or listened to Conte his plan has always been to get the team playing again as a group and to show the fans this as well. Which they have done, big article about him turning up to Staff party (first chelsea manager since Ancelotti to do this) where his plan was to make the fans support us again and cut the groups of chelsea players up as they all were in separate "clicks" like high school. That happened last season which spiraled out of control. No one ever said Cesc was a bad player like they do with Ozil or say he is washed up or at least non Chelsea fans. I mean I dont know what your trying to talk your way out of. your being so defensive is mildly amusing, so let me rile you up a bit more. The past season and this season are clear cut example of how terrible Chelsea fans are. The bi-polar reactions are amazing. Atleast that Arsenal fan tv bloke is consistent in his misery and doesnt change his opinion every other game. I literally have "die hard" Chelsea fans from London on social media calling Mou scum for taking the United job. Like the guy doesnt have a right to work after "YOUR" club fired him. And now the team is playing well all is forgiven and the players are great. Costa.. what a beauty. Rat no more... until he becomes a rat again... fair weather fair weather.. Give me a break dude.

Now social media fans are not the basis, Chelsea fans love mourinho and always will, he help make us the champion filled squad and power house we are today. He is always welcomed back and always will be our greatest manager in history (so far i guess...) No real Chelsea fan would have anything but admiration for the bloke, now that isn't to say they would want him to succeed at Yanited cuz no that isn't the case.

Well I just think Arsenal fans need to adjust their expectations of Ozil. He isn' that guy that is going to show 100% effort in pressing/defence and shouldn't be a punching bag whenever they lose badly. He is still a very good play offensively and Arsenal would definitely be worse off without him.

If you followed the club you would know that, if you read the interview i mentioned you would get clarity on that. Costa kisses the badge every goal, Cesc the same they have earned the respect back. Now im not saying that if they didn't kiss the badge the fans wouldn't be calling them the best players in the world because i know that don't happen. But what these players are doing from being the rats are proving to us as fans they are either sorry and showing they are commitment or they are saying wait i love this club too we are not rats. Either way, last season they all were questioned cuz they went from champions to championship within a 6 week break. I mean I dont particularly follow the club, couldnt care less but this is all rationalization in hindsight. Maybe they werent rats to begin with ? Would they have still been rats even if they put in the effort and not done well. Will they be rats again if they hit a bad run of form ?

Rats because they were the ones who were spouting off to media and leaking stories. Hazard for looking like he straight up refused to play after the Dr Eva scandal haha. But its all water under the bridge now as all 3 have proven they are back to giving 100% for the club and showing the right signs.
