Naldo picks up a yellow card, and will be suspended for the second leg. Oh, dear.
3-1! Poor keeping, as De Bruyne's free kick goes past Carrizo.
De Bruyne really should have had a hat-trick, but he missed after being played through by Bendtner.
3-1 at full time. Set up for a very difficult second leg for Inter.
The EPL in Europa League-shitfest continues, as Everton concede the lead to Dinamo Kiev. great performance by wolfsburg. if they dont fuck up next week, they will go through easily.
with all the trouble they have in the epl, everton might not be too sad about dropping out of the europa league...

Wtf, Kuranyi still plays O_o ?

EVERTON 1-1
Holy shit, Lukaku is a tank. Very well done by the big Belgian.

Wolfsburg are one scary team, they play quality football.
Also Higuain Hat-trick!

PENALTY for Everton!
Baines injured, Mirallas subbed off. Lukaku steps up... and SCORES! It's an awful penalty, but it's gone in. 2-1 at Goodison.
Lukaku is now Everton's top goalscorer in European cup competitions.
2-1 at full time. Everton looking like they'll be the last standing English team in Europe. Just kidding, Arsenal will dismantle Monaco. :D

Arsenal will not, you will see.
|
I doubt that, Monaco's defensive record is pretty impressive. 3 goals against them? I don't see it happening.

Pretty cool if Arsenal did it, even as much as i hate them be fun to watch them show balls unlike Chelsea haha. They seem to be better away from home in Champions league as well? I remember that Bayern game last year. I see them scoring two goals for sure but it is whether they can go that one step further.

Yeah they are certainly capable, if they have one of those days where they explode all over a lower tier team and for me Monaco does fall in that category even with the previous result.

Yeah, Moutinho ran the show last time around, if Arsenal can shut him down they could come back in this. More than enough attacking power in the squad.
|
"Monaco have not conceded three goals at home in a single game for three and a half years and it leaves Wenger admitting the odds are stacked against them."
Can Arsenal pull off the miracle? :o

I think it's way more likely that Monaco just wins 1-0 or something.

Not bad, good chance there for Grioud just wide. Arsenal still very slow. 15 minutes in an one chance they have created, all be it nearly scored. MORE OOOMPFFF Arsenal please.

Build-up play is too slow. Suits Monaco perfectly. Unbelievable that with Welbeck and Sanchez on the sides we aren't trying to play them off Giroud, which is when we play the best nowadays.
Should have played Chambers instead of Mertesacker. At least he works quicker, and we're likely going to concede anyway.
That's not offside, you fucking moron. Oh well, Kosc missed anyway.
