I mean UEFA were dumb last year when like Premiership they didn't go with goal line technology as it was "too expensive" or whatever and continued with those silly officials at the end of the pitches which do nothing, but this....this is pretty stupid. If Ireland wanted to go through legal proceedings they should have laughed at them and said well good luck. | ||

Still the problem would be that smaller clubs like BATE for which installation of the system would cost big chunk of budget for PL clubs it costed 260k punds which is close to BATE biggest transfer fee paid. | ||

That's why I said at least for the CL, they could even help the smaller teams fund it if that becomes a problem. And the prize money for the CL was raised for next year. 12 million for the group stage, it shouldn't fail because of money. | ||
