He is an awesome guy and actually cares about children unlike this guy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1S-VbUJsFQc Pretty awesome from Thiago Silva and not so awesome from the french FA. All the players are wearing jackets and the kids have to stand there in t-shirts, thankfully Thiago is an awesome guy and the kid has a memory he won't soon forget. Love the girl being all "big sister" btw.

I don't know much aboud Preud'homme's coaching skills, seems like he's doing well at Club Brugges, but feels like a bit of a gamble. I'd rather keep Jesus than try any of the others you've mentioned. Marco Silva seems to be a great coach but he's impossible right now.

How depressing. As for those calling for LVG's head, hes not exactly lit the world on fire but honestly who are we going to replace him with realistically that's better and available? All the managers with good records are unattainable and I don't see how a manager who's flavor of the month for having a single good season is going to be a better appointment than the man who's being doing the job for a year and has proven time and time again at the highest level he can build world class teams, even if he has started awfully by his standards. I just don't think we have a wealth of options here, we have to see it out now. If he doesn't finish top 4 I don't think it changes things, we still have no sensible options, we'd be firing only to send out a message of it not being acceptable and giving the fans an outlet fro their rage, then what? honestly i would not complain one bit if ryan giggs took over starting next season. ideally lvg stays and just gets his shit together, but ryan giggs bleeds man utd. he may not have coaching experience but really, if youre good at motivating people, have good tactical knowledge and can manage people well, then why not try now. giggs only needs to prove the man management aspect and i think he could be up to it.

Reus gravitates towards BVB renewals Dortmund - The transfer sage of Marco Reus points to a surprising turn. Matching information from this editorial staff and Radio 91.2 has Reus and BVB significantly closer in their negotiations. According to this, a contract extension to his contract that runs until 2017 could be officially announced in February. The two parties have negotiated for months on an extension because Reus's current contract allows him an early exit this summer for a stipulated fee just under 30 million Euros. ... When renewing a contract, this clause would then lapse. Reus's market value is significantly higher than 30 million Euros. ... http://mobil.ruhrnachrichten.de/sport/bvb/Wende-im-Transferpoker-Reus-tendiert-beim-BVB-zur-Vertragsverlaengerung;art11635,2618468 FUCK. YES. Oh, and apologies on the translation. I'm not that great at translating German, but the gist should be correct.

BVB is the best club to get back into form, they cant afford to bench him too often

Would Bayern play him instead of the perfectly working duo of Ribben and Robbery?

We want our own Pep but the reality is there's no guarantee Giggs is even good enough for league 2 let alone Manchester United. If Moyes with all his experience in the premier league can cock it up so badly, then LVG who has am almost unrivaled decoration of medals to his name is struggling, how would a player with basically 0 experience be anything but a monumental risk. Also you have to be tactically smart to succeed in the modern game, maybe I'm reaching here but from being a united fan my whole life I really never got the impression hes anything but average in terms of intelligence. Not stupid but hardly a clever guy. Put it this way, how is he more qualified than a lifelong season ticket holder who's happened to have done their coaching badges, to run the club? There is no proof great players make great managers. Maybe actually the opposite is true.

In the case of Real his low clause cost might be a reason not tu buy him. Not enough prestige etc Would Bayern play him instead of the perfectly working duo of Ribben and Robbery? It's official, reus renewed his contract until 2019 without a buyout clause! He could have been a legitimate successor to ribery in my opinion, his form is declining for a long time - not that i want to say hes bad but he is not on a level with the very few best in the world anymore - reus isnt either after his injurys though.. Happy for borussia, maybe that can boost their form - 7th could be enough to qualify for europe this season.
