David Moyes: "Messi? I know him very well and understand the way to minimize his effect." Oh dear. On the other hand barca haven't won there for like, the last 5 years. Let's see if Moyesi will break one more record.

PSG tried to sign Messi last season. Man United, Man City and Chelsea also interested. Player for now rejected all offers. [md]

For all the Bundesliga fans here, is Mukhtar from Hertha any good? A lot of speculation on the portuguese newspaper that he's coming to Benfica in the next days. If he is the guy I remember watching in that u19/u20 tournament where Portugal and Germany reached the finals, he has the potential to be a future top class. It is a complete waste to have him go to Benfica where he will be benched in order for the coach to play him only by the end of the season or maybe even only next season with the excuse that HE was building him into a great player...always the same nonsense. Benfica's manager would even bench Messi and Ronaldo for a few months only to claim afterwards that they are only great players because of him rofl.... Nonetheless, I hope I'm wrong and he can produce some quality stuff in our league right away. Or even better, let it be another player and not the one I'm thinking about xD. Still, he is no replacement for Enzo, completely different roles.

I sense a campaign here... He kicked the back of him instead of the ball. He dived and the referee saw it just didn't book him? and the handball vs Liverpool was relief from the suarez bite incident that cost us 3 points the season before.

It was pure frustration and 100% intentional. Not to mention the ball was completely out of play before he started his lovely stamp at the end.

Sneijder isn't getting any younger and from what I've seen of him he looks to be on decline.

Turkish football is devoid of any tactics anyway. I think in Italy he could definitely become good again.

He kicked him out of frustration for blocking the ball and because we were losing.Stamp is not a stamp lol its the only part which looks accidental where he stands on him for a millisecond. But it's fine, your once in a blue moon victory over Chelsea and you still complain

Looking forward to beating you in yet another cup final in a couple months! Maybe we'll re-sign Johnny Woodgate for the occasion.
