In 2013 he was about to leave but then he signed extension after like every paper said he was going to MLS. Then in 2014 was the same, he was going to sign up until about February or something then he announced it was his last season at Chelsea then went away. People would assume the same with Gerrard, MANY times he has been linked with Real Madrid Chelsea etc for his signature and always signed a new deal. Pretty sure every Liverpool fan is crying right now too...

This is more then Bernat or Alonso the "spainisation" for their transfer politics: Buying under 20 year olds for lots of money like Kimmich (the mentioned above) Kurt (2.5 Million 18 years old) and potentially Ödegaard soon.

So we can just loan him out and he definitly will get better and can play either for us or we just going to sell him for atleast 7 million again, can't see anything wrong with that. Just look at chelsea, they have like 1000 players loaned out around the world and if they dont fit they do even sell them for 20-40 million (like lukaku or de bruyne). Its a good investment.

For all the Bundesliga fans here, is Mukhtar from Hertha any good? A lot of speculation on the portuguese newspaper that he's coming to Benfica in the next days.

For all the Bundesliga fans here, is Mukhtar from Hertha any good? A lot of speculation on the portuguese newspaper that he's coming to Benfica in the next days. Mukthar refused to renew his contract with Hertha BSC and a kicker article also suggested he´s leaving for Benfica. He won the european championship with his german under19 team this summer, but hasn´t played any bundeliga match this season afaik. I haven´t seen him play, but he is regarded as a talent and only 19. Yet, it´s still difficult to imagine that he can adequately replace Enzo Perez. edit: On the acquisition of Joshua Kimmich for 7 million €: This summer Michael Reschke came from Bayer Leverkusen to Munich whose job it is to design the squad of the future (after Kurt his second signature move: acquiring young, talented players). Since the likes of Lahm, Schweinsteiger, Ribery etc. are getting older, I´m perfectly happy with these transfers as they hopefully hold a bright future together with the remaining talents (Hojberg, gaudino, rode etc.). And We can still loan him out for development.
