The price is a bit high for a 30 years old defender that's not a top tier and that is not a real CB, but at least he won't be another big ego to manage.

I don't know but I think something is wrong with Barca's scouting and transfer policy... Who was their last "cheap" real good buy?

The guy was called second Kaka. Was very promising in Chelsea reserves. Had good season in Vitesse untill suddenly found himself on the bench...

He is not bad, he is quite fast, he likes to play short passes and is rather good at passing but he definitely need to work on his shooting. Last year Piazon had pretty good season in Vitesse.

Guy has great potential, he was Vitesse last season and was their best creative player by far, he finished that season poorly though but he started so well. He is basically Oscar like (brazilian) but without the engine he has. Very quick feet though. Glad he is going to Bundesliga though, if he does well there then he will make 1st team next season.

Spent probably £10,000 over their training course for 5-8 years lol. Ajax people, how bad/good was Bojan last season? I mean his goal scoring record is fucking piss poor like but did he actually look any good? Or was his assist ration any good? I have no idea how a player who looked such a talent became so terrible xD He signed for bloody Stoke lololol

I don't know but I think something is wrong with Barca's scouting and transfer policy... Who was their last "cheap" real good buy? Messi, Busquets, Pedro, Xavi, Iniesta, Valdés, Puyol, and now Deulofeu, Rafinha, Dongou, Munir, etc... They didn't have to buy these players, they "created" them. Ok I'm not really answering your question, but thanks to that policy, they don't have to pay for cheap upcoming players because they can find them in the cantera. They just bought Halilovic which looks to be an amazing player, for just 2M€, if you want an example. Anyway, except for Varane and few other exceptions, most of the richest clubs in the world overpay all the transfers. Real Madrid, Chelsea, PSG, Bayern, Man U, etc... All the same. They sometimes get cheap/good transfers but it doesn't happen often. And they don't care about it, they make money out of all these deals thanks to marketing. edit: about Varane, it was Zidane that pushed to recruit him. It had nothing to do with their scouting/transfer policy. They got "lucky" to have Zidane here and that Varane became the player he is today. And 10M€ for a player that only played in French second division was risky.

I have no idea how a player who looked such a talent became so terrible xD He signed for bloody Stoke lololol He wasn't very good imo. You can occasionally still see he's got a good technical touch, but it seems he's lost some speed and he makes wrong decisions and loses the ball. He needs to seriously work out, get faster and work on his shot to succeed in the PL (its not like he'll ever get strong). There, you don't get time to look around and sidefoot it to someone who's completely unmarked, like he does when playing for Ajax.

Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has completed a move to New York City FC, sources tell Goal. Goal UK reports the 36-year-old will earn 90,000 pounds a week with the expansion MLS franchise, where he will join former Barcelona and Atletico Madrid star David Villa. NYCFC will announce a "major player signing" during a press conference on Thursday at 10:30 a.m. ET. Source Also remember that Tottenham vs Toronto, and Sporting KC vs man City is tonight.

It is just unreal. The only good thing is that He is tall (1,92) and can help with the air defending that it is very bad since the Puyol-Pique couple of Guardiola dissapeared (Puyol was not very tall, but he jumped twice as any defender that I have seen ,such a strong legs xD) But... I still can't understand this... MUtd got Hummels for almost the same price.
