This is why I've never bought the idea that Harden was all that efficient; he just gets calls for every shot he misses and those that go in he gets credit for. His assists are also deceptive as a lot of them are him iso-balling it until 3 seconds left and dishing it to a teammate (who is guarded) who MUST jack up a shot -- and of course that teammate will make it like 25-30% of the time so that artificially inflates his assist count throughout the season. Harden's a very good player, but not nearly the player his stats in the regular season would have you believe. If you contrast his playstyle with somebody like Lillard, Parker, etc... you can see why one is more consistent in the playoffs. | ||

to your point klogon, never thought of harden as efficient, thought of him as someone that can make some clutch plays and perform when required, but he's failing hard. | ||

I heard (let's be honest, it was probably Zach Lowe) that Dwight's PnR numbers are pretty good, he just refuses to do it. | ||
